As the eerie night persists, we step into the dining hall of the Sakamaki manor, where the family partakes in their meal in a hushed atmosphere. The air carries a palpable tension, creating an uncomfortable ambiance for the petite blonde girl seated with her hands folded on her lap, gaze fixed upon her plate.

Yui's gaze flickered across the brothers, noting the absence of the servamps—a departure from the norm where the creatures trailed their masters like obedient sheep. The atmosphere hung with an unusual quiet, unsettling to her senses.

"You don't eat much, Bitch-san," Laito remarked, his voice interrupting Yui's contemplation. As she turned her head to the right, she found herself in close proximity to the green-eyed provocateur. "Skipping meals might lead to anemia," he teased with an endearing smirk. "Shall I feed you?" he added, a dangerous glint in his narrowed eyes.

Reiji's stern voice reached Laito's ears, redirecting his attention. "Laito. Standing up during a meal is ill-mannered," scolded the second oldest brother with unwavering firmness, ensuring the younger one paid heed.

Laito rolled his eyes. "Fine, fine," he dismissed, turning back to Yui. "We'll chat later, Bitch-chan," he teased before sauntering away back to his seat.

Yui's attention was turned towards Shu, who rose from his seat. She addressed him, confused. "Shu-san...?"

"Annoying," he replied nonchalantly, eyes closed as if ready to doze off once he located his cat. Shu strolled away, hands in his pockets, while Reiji shot him a look that spoke either of disgust or disappointment, likely the latter.

"That deadbeat."

Reiji's eyes traveled to his own plate. "An idle fellow, a child spoiled too much in his youth," Reiji remarked, alluding to his lethargic older brother. "There's nothing I can do now," he concluded.

Yui fixed her gaze on Reiji before shifting her attention to the sound of Kanato's voice. "Teddy, what's next...?" Kanato inquired of the plush bear in his arms, although it couldn't respond.

"How about the banana snowball?" he suggested, raising a golden fork as he halved one of the treats. Kanato's face showed a flicker of amusement as he lifted the fork again, delight twisting into a grin as he began to crush the treats on his plate.

Ignoring the noise from the middle triplet, Reiji opened his eyes and spoke in a tone that was of contempt. "He won't even make the effort to attend our monthly dinner party." Says the second eldest, before he turned to the others who were still present.

"That will be all for today."
