17 - Tanaka San

A black van arrives in front of Chaeyoung's apartment.

Three men get out of the car. They are all wearing black suits with hoods and sunglasses.

One of them says:

" Take the bodies and put them in the trunk. I already took care of the police and everything so hurry up! "

Two of them hurry toward the Sakura tree while the other one supervises everything.

He scans the place and notices a black form right behind a staircase.

He carefully goes to it.

He gasps.

" Miss Myoui !! "

Mina is unconscious but the wound has stopped bleeding.

He picks her up.

" Don't worry I got you. " The man says, scared.

POV Chaeyoung

I wake up and stretch my arms.

I wonder how long was I asleep.

I take a look at the surroundings, cold concrete, no lights. I should renovate the place it looks so hostile and empty.

The sofa I am on is very comfortable.

I wish I could stay more... But I need to take pictures soon.

I get my personal phone on the table and see two messages from Tzu:

" Chae, we should hang out! " and " I wanna know what happened between you and your colleague xD "

Colleague?...

Oh no. I forgot about the lie me and Park Jihyo invented...

I'll respond to Tzu later. I need to think about all of this.

I take my camera and proceed to enter a hallway leading to the torture room.

After some time, I am in front of the door.

On it is written in red: " To those who can't return. "

It must be a warning. If you enter this room, you ain't coming out of it alive...

I ready myself and push the door.

A smell of blood invades my lungs.

I pinch my nose.

I see Mr.Park sitting in front of me on a metal chair. He is chained to it.

His head is low, blood dripping out of his forehead.

Is he- Is he dead?...

I take a look around but Jihyo, Sana, and Momo are not here anymore.

" If you are searching for them. They left. " Mr. Park says slowly with a deep voice.

Taking his time, he lifts his head and looks at me.

I am met by two black, bloody holes.

His eyes...

Panicked, I hold back from vomiting.

I put my hand on my chest to calm myself and get out of the room.

I lean against the wall.

...

A tear falls down my cheek.

Sounds of heels come in the distance.

Park Jihyo arrives and plants herself in front of me.

She looks deadly serious.

" Son! Get up. Something happened to Mina. "

My eyes widen.

I rise and follow Jihyo, who is already going away without me.

( ten minutes later )

Jihyo opens a simple wooden door that I never saw before.

We enter a very cozy living room with orange and blue lights.

It's as if someone is living here.

" I will answer your question: No this is not Miss Myoui's place. Why would she sleep here? " Jihyo utters, annoyed.

How did she know what I was thinking?

" Never saw this room before. " I say.

" It's only for the top employees. You're not supposed to be here but- we'll make an exception. "

We turn to the left and she opens another door.

Here, I see Mina lying down on a bed, a bandage around her right arm.

Momo and Sana are sitting next to her.

A mysterious man is also standing in the corner.

" This is Bambam. " Jihyo presents to me the man. " He found her. "

After a moment, I say, my gaze still fixated on Mina:

" What happened? "

Jihyo- " She fought against two men. But she didn't have her gun. I guess she used her blade and cut her arm without knowing..."

Bambam- " Miss Myoui was on the ground covered in blood. If I hadn't seen her- "

Sana- " Stop it Bambam. You found her. We are very grateful for that. "

Momo- " All of this because of Mr. Ta- "

Mina gets up from the bed and stumbles.

We all gasped, shocked by the sudden move.

" MINA WHAT- What are you doing?? Are you okay??? " Jihyo says, shaking like a leaf, extending her arms to her Boss.

I've never seen Jihyo like this.

I get near Mina, trying to help her up.

I can't help myself from smiling a little...I thought she would not wake up.

Before we could react Mina pushes us out of her way and runs frantically in the direction of the torture room.

We follow her.

" Mina stop running it's not good for your health! " Momo shouts.

We arrive inside the room and see Mina stepping on Mr. Park, on the ground.

She is panting.

Mina looks like a psycho right now.

Badass psycho...

I open my camera and take a photo of the scene.

Her dark long hair are running down her face and her shoulders like a waterfall. 

We can't see her face but I'm sure she has that cold look that everyone is scared of.

She opens her mouth, we are all waiting for her to say something.

...

" Tanaka San. "
