"In Cursed land, they dare to fight.
Flames flicker bright,
Torchlit hearts, united might."

In the hazy light of dawn, the thick fog enveloped the river, making it nearly impossible to see beyond a few feet. The eerie mist shrouded everything in a ghostly veil, adding to the terror that already gripped Charlie's heart. The chilling air seemed to pierce through his very bones, and he couldn't shake the feeling that something ominous lurked within the fog.

As Charlie lay there, trembling and terrified, the weight of the curse bearing down on him, he suddenly felt a cold hand on his shoulder. His heart skipped a beat, and he turned to see but as he opened his eyes, he was met with a different reality – Oliver was right there beside him, awake and watching over him with concern in his eyes.

Oliver: *voice filled with worry* "Charlie, are you alright? Charlie, it's okay. I'm here with you," *reassured him, placing a comforting hand on his shoulder*

Relief flooded through Charlie as he realized it was just a dream, a haunting nightmare. In that moment, he couldn't help but wrap his arms tightly around Oliver, taking deep breaths to steady his nerves.
Charlie: "Oliver! Thank you for not leaving me alone," he whispered, his voice filled with gratitude and emotion.

*breathing heavily, Charlie tried to steady himself*
Charlie: "I-I don't know, Oliver. This curse, these blue eyes, they're haunting me.  I can't even tell reality from the illusion."

Oliver: "I understand how terrifying it is, but we can't let fear consume us. Remember why we're here—to break the curse and free our town from this nightmare. We have to stay strong, together."

Oliver's presence brought a sense of comfort to Charlie. He knew that as long as they faced this ordeal together, there was a glimmer of hope.

Oliver: *explained, his voice tinged with regret* "It was the fame and the desire for more that led us astray, we didn't realize the consequences until it was too late. The blue eyes, the nightmares—it's all connected to the ice cream."

Charlie nodded, wiping tears from his eyes.

Oliver: *with encouraging voice, put a hand on his friend's shoulder* "We must make things right. We owe it to the people of Willowbrook and to ourselves."

In the midst of their conversation, the ship accidentally hit the riverbank, causing a jolt that sent a shiver down Charlie's and Oliver's spine and awakening the rest on the ship. Through the dense fog, Oliver's keen eyes caught a glimpse of something ominous – the dark forest they had been seeking lay just beyond the haze.

An eerie sense of foreboding settled over Charlie as he stared into the mist-shrouded forest. The thick fog seemed to be a barrier, guarding the secrets and mysteries that lay within. But he knew that they couldn't turn back now; their quest to break the curse demanded that they venture deeper into the unknown.
