Copied from THYM chapter from yesterday, but with an update at the end.

There are no updates today, I'm very ill at the moment but looking on the bright side. I looked through the analytics for all sites and Frost has over 100k readers over the 5 sites I publish on, so I'd like to say thank you for being supportive and for giving both V1 and V2 a chance.

THYM hardly gets attention, but it's still been fun to write in my free time as it's the only novel I can just sit down and write with hardly any research. It's supposed to be a very light novel to both read and write, a little sweetness after the bitterness that most of my projects will showcase. [Although I say no research, I've watched way too many dating shows in preparation...]

Now that I say this... Frost's new version is also quite an easy piece to write compared to my backend projects.

Anyway, thank you for reading my novels and showing me that I shouldn't give up my passion. I was very close to discontinuing my novels a year ago, but I decided to take a seasonal position at a job and save up all my money so I could focus on writing for a few months and give myself a chance.

Because there's no update today, I've unlocked 2 more chapters of OOTTY that can be read for free over on my Patreon - 7 chapters altogether. You can find them by going to my Patreon and clicking on collections > One and Only: Ten Thousand Years. If there's an issue with seeing 1-7 for free just leave a comment.

Tomorrow if the local hospital is open I'll be going in or going to the doctor's office when they open Tuesday. Holidays are a bit confusing.

When I'm feeling better I'll do a double update of both Frost and THYM, catch up on the days I missed in the December event, and get everything back on schedule before I go job searching.

Happy New Year,

Wandering Phoenix.

Update:

The hospital was closed today, I'll be trying to get a doctor's appointment tomorrow.

I had an asthma attack for the first time last night, which was an experience, to say the least, but it prompted me to take a Covid at-home test which I did test positive for. Thankfully right now I'm only having a hard time breathing, eating, and sleeping, but there's no fever and a very mild headache.
