The Boy in the Moon

Wallabe beetles. The prince of the moon, and the last, and youngest surviving member of the royal family. The young prince, while that of a family that once ruled over the stars, would find himself always alone with no one to accompany him.. no parents, nor family or friends were there to be of company or companionship to console the lonely prince.

Every so often someone would pass by, and the prince would eagerly invite them to stay, desperate for the company he desired. However nobody wanted to visit the boys lonely kingdom, and every night he'd find himself cradled by no one else but the moon herself as tears fell from his eyes, wishing for someone to come and make him feel not so alone.. one night as the prince cried the tears fell from the moon, all the way to the earth and landed on a young girl. Curious about the tears the girl looked up and spotted the prince and called out to him, leading the prince down from the stars above to the earth down low as he soon faced the young girl "Who are you? And why are you so sad?" The girl questioned as the young prince gripped on his clothes

"I am Wallabe beetles miss, and I am the prince of the moon. I cry because I am alone, for I have none who accompany me on my home on the moon. Who may you be?" "I am Kuki sanban, Eldest child of the sanban family." The girl, kuki as he now knew her name to be, extended her hand towards the young prince "Let me stay and I can accompany you for the night, and then perhaps you won't be so alone. Perhaps once the sun has awkaen then i can introduce you to my friends, so you'll have more then one to accompany you" The boy, while stunned by the girls offer, took her hand as tears came down his eyes once more.
The two laid next to eachother as they held on to the moon and the stars, falling asleep the boys final tears drew, for no longer did he have to sleep with the feeling that he was so alone
