The next day

Lisa's pov:

Does this one looks good one me? Or should I try another one?

Lisa finally picked a similar floral dress and got ready with a natural makeup look.

After a while

Taehyung already arrived to pick me up.

"Do I look okay?" - lisa asked while checking her dress

"You look perfect" - taehyung said while smiling

Lisa blushed after hearing the compliment.

Even in plain black shirt he looks so handsome

"Get in" - taehyung said while holding the door open for her

"I didn't had the time to pick any gift for her" - lisa

"You don't have to. I already brought her favourite things" - taehyung

Taehyung started to drive.

"It's a long way. There are some snacks in the back seat. Have them if you feel hungry" - taehyung

He is very considerate.

"okay" - lisa

Taehyung was smiling alot

"You really don't talk much. It's always : okay, yes , good that's it" - taehyung

"I like to talk a lot. So much that my unnies gets annoyed"-lisa

"So it's just you don't like to talk with me?" - taehyung asked teasingly

"oh no, it's not like that. It's just I don't know what I should say, since we aren't close" - lisa said while panicking

"We aren't close yet?" - taehyung asked while laughing

"Why are you laughing??" - lisa asked

"Nothing. Are you hungry?" - taehyung

"Not really" - lisa

"But I'm" - taehyung

"Then eat" - lisa

"You see, I'm driving. Why don't you feed me? " - taehyung asked playfully

"Me?!" - lisa

"Is here anyone else, other than you and me?" - taehyung

Taehyung noticed how lisa got all red from embarrassment

"I'm just kidding" - taehyung said while laughing

After a while we arrived

Taehyung was about to knock

"Umm wait" - lisa

"what?" - taehyung asked

"I'm nervous" - lisa

"Why are you nervous? It's just a act. Grandma will surely like you. She isn't scary" - taehyung said trying to calm lisa down

Ahh yes it's just a act, why I'm nervous? It doesn't matter if she doesn't like me, I probably will never see her again

"Let's go" - taehyung

We went inside

A old woman welcomed us with a warm smile. Seeing her smiling so brightly all my nervous went away.

"halmoni, she is Lisa. My girlfriend" - taehyung introduced lisa

Lisa got shy at the word girlfriend.

"hello, halmoni, nice to meet you" - lisa greeted taehyung's grandma with a smile

"Taehyung you've good eyes. Come sit first" - taehyung's grandma took Lisa's hand made her sit with her.

Taehyung grandma was giving all her attention to lisa

"halmoni, you forgot me right after you got to see her" - taehyung was sulking

"I always see you. I don't even know if I can see both of you getting married. So let me see my grand-daughter-in-law closely" - taehyung's grandma

"halmoni, what are you talking about?" - taehyung's eyes became gloomy

I can tell halmoni is very important to him.

"No one lives forever. My last wish now is to see you both getting married"-taehyung's grandma

We ate together and spent time together. It was very heartwarming.

"So when do you guys plan to get married?" - taehyung's grandma

Lisa and taehyung both looked at each other shyly

"We don't have a plan yet" - taehyung answered

We could see the sadness in halmonis eyes

"Halmoni, it's already very late. We should get going" - taehyung

"Stay tonight. I already cleaned your room" - taehyung's grandma

We wanted to go back but Halmoni insisted and looked very sad so we decided to stay for tonight

Halmoni showed me the room taehyung used to live in.

"Halmoni, where will I stay?" - taehyung asked

"Here" - taehyung's grandma

"You mean lisa and I will stay here together?" - taehyung asked awkwardly

Taehyung's grandma nodded

"it's not appropriate. We aren't married yet" - taehyung tried to reason with her

"This is the only room I cleaned"- taehyung's grandma

"I will stay with you then" - lisa said to Halmoni

"Young lady. I'm used to living alone. I can't sleep with others, see I'm already sick, you don't want me to stay up all night. right? " - taehyung's grandma said and went to her room

"It's okay. Only tonight" - lisa said awkwardly

"I will sleep on the couch" - taehyung

"You're very tall, you won't fit there. I will sleep there, you can take the bed" - lisa

"Let me. I already caused enough inconvenience for you" - taehyung

"Umm I don't have any extra clothes" - lisa

Taehyung went to his closest and took a few shirts out

"These are my shirts. If you feel comfortable you can wear any of these"-taehyung said while giving some shirts to her

Lisa picked a black oversized shirt.

"This will do" - lisa
