Unexpected Marriage

Chapter 8

After the dinner Lisa's parents went back to Lisa's apartment.

It's already late and lisa is also back.

Lisa's mom took lisa in her room to talk about the marriage.

"Lisa we talked with mr. and mrs. kim, they said you are dating taehyung. They want both of you to get married" - lisa's mom

"Mom I'm not dating him" - lisa

"Then why did you met his grandma? You even promised to marry him. It isn't a play lisa. We can see he is a good man and suitable for you. We live in Thailand. We are always worried about you. We also want to feel secure, we are getting old. We just wanna see you happy and safe. He shares common interest as you, if you marry him he would understand your worries "-lisa's mom

"But mom he is just a friend" - lisa tried to explain

"A friend can become a good life partner. Think about it, we don't wanna force you"-lisa's mom said and left the room

Taehyung and Lisa's pov:

After thinking for a while lisa decided to ask taehyung's opinion

"Hello" - taehyung answered

"It's me. Sorry to disturb you so late at night" - lisa first apologised

"Oh no worries, I was bored anyways"-taehyung

"that's good" - lisa

"I was bored seems good to you?" - taehyung teased her a little

Lisa was already dying of embarrassment

"Oh no, I meant I wasn't disturbing you that's good" - lisa

"I know what you meant, I was just teasing you. Did I make you embarrassed again?" - taehyung said while laughing

"Not at all" - lisa smiled through the pain

"So what is it?" - taehyung asked curiously as it's her first time calling him

Does he not know or just pretending?

"It's about our marriage" - lisa

Taehyung was taken aback by the word our marriage.

"Our marriage?!" - he asked confusedly

"Do you not know?" - lisa

"What do you mean" - taehyung

"Your parents proposed for marriage. So I was thinking what's your thoughts on this" - lisa

"They already did? I told them not to" - taehyung was embarrassed

"I don't know what to do"-lisa

"You can just reject it, no need to think about me,I'm sorry for the trouble" - taehyung did sounded a little sad

"Actually I was thinking if you agree or not" - lisa was brutally honest

Taehyung was surprised by her straightforwardness

"What if I agree?" - taehyung was nervous but decided to be honest and tried his best to sound cool

"If you agree, I will agree too" - lisa

Taehyung was screaming inside as he couldn't outside since he is in the hospital

He tried to calm down

"Are you sure?" - taehyung once again asked just to make sure

"I wouldn't say anything I'm not sure of. So what do you think" - lisa

Why does she sounds so cool about it while I'm getting all excited? Is she pretending?

"I don't have any reasons to disagree" - taehyung

"that means you agreed?" - lisa

"yes" - taehyung

After some random chatting lisa cut the call.

What in the world is happening???!!!! I'm getting married with lisa? Oh god is this a dream?

Oh no taehyung calm down, don't act crazy.

Does she like me?!

Lisa's pov:

Why did he sounded so excited? Or is it just me?

I should make things clear with him just in case.....

Next day

Lisa told her parents that she agrees to marry him. Taehyung also did the same

Both of the family got closer as they started to plan their wedding.

Lisa and taehyung both were busy with their idol life and just let them decide everything.

Lisa and taehyung couldn't keep in touch much, they only exchanged some text of normal conversation as both of them were busy working

Soon their wedding date was approaching . It was a private wedding with a couple of their important relatives and their band mate (their second family). Both taehyung and lisa decided to keep it secret
