Prince of Alacrya (HIATUS)

Becoming a disciple

While training with Agrona , I learn how to completely hide my mana presence by balancing the output of mana from my core through my mana channels and my intake of mana from the atmosphere through my mana veins, rendering me essentially invisible to people and animals trying to sense me via mana fluctuations.

 After learning the basics of Mirage Walk, The secret mana art of the Thyestes Clan, I combines Mirage Walk with a burst of speed created by artificially activating the muscles needed to take a quick step with mana. This technique results in an almost instant, short-ranged movement that is mostly undetectable. Human bodies cannot handle the burden this technique places on the body resulting in me taking permanent damage to my legs, and overuse will cause his my to become crippled.

Today we were going to be tested by scythe Seris due to Sylvia's insistence on her becoming our teacher

Agrona : "Grey Sylvie its time."

I then headed towards the arena with sylvie right behind me, we then headed towards the victoriad stadium, we were accompanied by Sylvia since she wanted to watch the fight and see the outcome.

Sylvie : "Ready Grey?"

Grey : "I was born ready."

with that reply Sylvie and I entered the stadium with confidents and nervousness, there we were met scythe Seris.

Seris : "Greetings Lady Sylvia, Lady Sylvie and Lord Grey" 

Sylvia : "Greetings to you as well and Seris what did i say about using Lady when addressing me? "

Seris just chuckled

Seris : "If thats the case then how are you Sylvia?"

Sylvia :"I've been doing well, how about you?" 

Seris : "I've mostly been training my Disciple, enough about that lets get started."

Sylvie and I :"Right"

(A/N : Forgive me, I'm bad at Writing fighting scenes so I will keep this short)

I got into a fighting stance, augmented my body and covered my teal blade with fire and rushed towards her at full speed, using Burst step I quickly closed the gap between us which seemed to shock her, taking full advantage of her sudden surprise I swung my blade at her which landed but did nothing to her

It semes she is resistant to heat, in response I quickly took a step-back to increase the distance between us.

Sylvie conjured  arrows of pure mana and shot them towards seris while simultaneously conjuring a mana wall to protect me from the black light she shot at me

Seris then shifted her focus on Sylvie and rushed to close the distance as a black sword conjured in her hand seemingly ready to attack

I used burst step again despite the backlash to get right behind her, then I pointed my palm at her and used Typhon's Howl hitting her from behind causing her to turn around and activate her Protective Barrier in front of her

Sylvie then taking advantage of her turning her back conjured a blade and landed a hit on seris

She quickly healed and threw a powerful punch toward my chin which connected and threw me a few meters back

Seris : "ok I think thats enough."

Grey : "I agree."

Sylvie : "Me two."

I replied slowly standing up and rubbing my chin

Seris : "I recognize your abilities teamwork and monsterous potential you two have so i have decided to take you two as my disciples. "

Sylvie and I :"Thank you scythe seris."

Seris : "Meet me here tomorrow at the exact same time you arrived, I will introduce you to my disciple." 

Sylvie and I :"Yes scythe seris."

Seris : "And just call me seris"

She said as she started floating

Well that was fun
