If you've seen under Mezo's mask, you'll know his face is longer and has a split through his cheeks so to incorporate that, his face was slashed like that during an interrogation attempt.
Kyoka's earjacks are incorporated through stretched earlobes from gauges. Not too far stretched though!
Don't get mad at me, but I kinda feel like Mina would be lightskin/black if she didn't have a quirk. I've always had that head cannon and all the fanart I see of her is so lovely. So we're gonna say she's a light skin :>
