~Oct. 21, Tuesday~

You and Yuji arrived to school early, replenishing the kittens food and water.

"You okay? You seem tense." Yuji glanced over with a frown.

"Oh yeah, I'm fine." You smiled, scratching your cheek. What Sukuna had said last night had been running through your mind non stop. You and him had been playing around ever since the fight and the both of you knew it, but you had never really, actually, entertained the thought of being together. But you could acknowledge the fact that you had a certain comfort around him. The bad outweighed the good with Sukuna, but for some reason he drew you in.

Yuji had been growing on you too. The boy was absolutely adorable, and his happiness was contagious. He genuinely cared for those around him, he had proven that time and time again. You snuck a look over with pursed lips, cheeks warming. The times he had held you while you slept had been so nice. He was willing to comfort you even though you didn't know each other all that well.

He sighed sadly, patting the mama once more before standing, "We should probably get to class. I got interrogated after missing yesterday."

You smiled slightly, "You don't skip often do you?"

"Nah...that's more Sukuna's thing. I only miss if I'm sick or something."

"Goody two shoes." You teased.

"I am not!" He pouted. "Did I ever tell you I once went into a pachinko parlor?"

"A what?"

"They have slot machines."

"Like a casino?"

"Yeah!"

"Oooo, guess I was wrong, we have a bad boy on our hands!" You said in surrender.

Yuji huffed, the tips of his ears turning red. "Yeah yeah, I get it."

-Lunch-

"I found this super scary abandoned building! Me and Maki are gonna check it out." Nobara bragged.

"I wanna go!" Yuji pouted, looking at the picture.

"I can send you the address." Maki offered.

"Maki!" Nobara complained.

"Are you gonna go?" Megumi leaned over, asking quietly.

Your nose wrinkled, "Ehh, I dunno...I don't really like that stuff. You?"

"I'm not scared of that stuff, there's no point." He shrugged.

You eyed him, "You watch those scary poltergeist possessed movies and don't even flinch, huh?"

"Yeah."

"Freak." You mumbled, shivering.

You sat in the backseat with a pale face, looking at the dingy building through the windshield. "I might just stay here."

"Don't pussy out!" Nobara hit your shoulder.

"Don't I get like one pussy out card?!" You wailed, hiding into the seat. "When you said abandoned building you didn't say mental hospital for prisoners!"

"Tomato tamato." She shrugged.

"No! Not tomato tamato!"

"Go ahead and stay here alone then." Sukuna glanced back with a smirk. "They'll go after the one who's alone first."

"I'm gonna cry for real." You mumbled, shoving yourself in the midst of the group.

"It'll be alright." Maki patted your shoulder. "They'll go after Nobara first since she's so eager."
