While on the outside the building looked like an condemned building ready for demolition the inside was filled with with men carrying varying types of weaponry but in the center of this building there was a woman being held up by chains.

This woman is Naomi Yukimura, and though this woman may seem like a regular human the truth is this woman is a Supernatural creature known as a Thunder Kitsune from a bloodline of Kitsune.
"Is the little Fox ready to talk?" A thug asked as he approached Naomi who had her head hanging low looking at the ground.
