Once Louis leaves the kitchen I snapped out of the little thinking bubble I was in over the interaction between Louis and Harry. I knew that Louis could be sassy so that wasn't a shock but the interaction almost seemed flurty from Harry but that wasn't like him at all he is someone who seemed to bring home a new girl to sleep with every week and I didn't want Louis to get caught up in his shit like that. In the end he is still my little brother and I'm not going to let this grown man who is known for fucking and dumping the next day to get his hands on my brother. With this in mind I quickly leave the table not even bothering to finish eating let alone put my plate away before I make my way up to Harry's office needing to have a chat with him.

When I get to the door I bring my hand up and knock on the door waiting for the come in that shortly follows my knock before opening the door and walking in.

"Jake, What can I do you for? Are you already ready to go back out there?" he asks with a glace up from his computer screen.

" well yes I have only been saying that for a week now but that is not why I'm here"

"Oh Okay them what brings you up here then?"He asks

 "I'm here because of the little thing that happened in the kitchen" I said waiting to see what his reaction would be to this conversation 

"What about it " 

"Now I might be looking to far into it but keep in mind he is my little brother but the way it looked was how it looks when you are trying to talk up a girl and the 'Pet' name I just need you to know that I will not let you do to him what you have done to all of those other girls and use him for a quick fuck and leave. Not that I think he would fall for it but still I'm letting you know now that if I find out you are trying something with my little brother I won't hesitate to come for you even if you are my Boss" I said with a very serious look on my face

"Okay first of all threatening me is not the way to go because I am your Boss and second of all  I am straight so I'm not going after your brother and as far as the short conversation in the kitchen it was like 10 words and I was just giving him a hard time because I could feel his eyes on me. Believe me if it was up to me he wouldn't even be here but unfortunately when we took you we took your family and even though at the time we didn't know you had any we know that was a lie now and so I'm stuck with the little pest here. " he took a breath and then continued 

"Now if you don't mind I have some work to do so unless you are willing to help out it would be best for you to leave" 

I looked at him and could see how frustrated with this conversation he was so I nodded before getting up and leaving the room making sure to close the door behind me. It upset me that he referred to Louis as a Pest but i know that it is because he still isn't over me lying to them for the past 9 years. And I can see why i mean that was almost a whole decade as I joined the gang a year after my parents died when Louis was only 8 almost 9 and now Louis is 18. Thats a long time to keep a secret but at the time i thought i was doing the best thing for Louis by not getting him involved with all this but look where that got me.
