Chapter 8: Hunter

Ace's Pov's:

The Scientist of the Portals ay nagpapaliwanag sa amin sa pamamagitan ng makapal na halamanan, ang kanilang kaalaman sa kaharian ay napakahalaga. Ipinaliwanag nila na ang partikular na kaharian na ito ay tinatawag na Forest of Shadows, isang lugar na puno ng mga mistikong nilalang at nakatagong panganib. Sinasabi na ang kagubatan ang susi sa pagbubukas ng mga lihim ng mga portal, at dito natin dapat hanapin ang mga clue sa kinaroroonan ni Akhera.

As we navigate through the forest, we encounter various creatures, some friendly and curious, others hostile and aggressive. The Guardians teach us how to defend ourselves, how to harness our abilities, and how to work together as a team. Each encounter becomes a lesson, a test of our skills and determination.

Rumors suggest that she possesses the knowledge we seek, the key to unlocking the portals and finding Akhera.

Driven by hope and determination, we set our sights on finding the sorceress. The Guardians guide us through treacherous paths, leading us closer to our goal. Along the way, we encounter ancient ruins, mystical artifacts, and ethereal beings that test our resolve and challenge our understanding of the realms.

Finally, after weeks of searching, we reach the heart of the Forest of Shadows. A clearing bathed in moonlight reveals a majestic tower, its spires reaching towards the sky. It is here that the sorceress is said to reside, her power resonating throughout the realm.

With bated breath, we approach the tower, our hearts pounding with anticipation. Ang mga nag aaral tungkol sa portal caution us to be wary, for the sorceress is known to be both wise and unpredictable. We enter the tower, our footsteps echoing in the silence, and find ourselves in a chamber adorned with ancient tomes and mystical artifacts.

And there, seated on a throne of shadows, is the sorceress. Her eyes gleam with ancient wisdom, and her presence commands respect and awe. She acknowledges our arrival with a nod, her voice resonating with a melodic yet haunting tone.

"You seek answers," she says, her voice carrying a weight of centuries. "You seek the truth that lies within the portals. But know this, the path you tread is not an easy one. The portals hold both light and darkness, and only those who are truly worthy can unlock their secrets."

We listen intently, hanging on to her every word. She continues, "To find your lost companion, you must prove yourselves. The trials that await you will test your courage, your loyalty, and your resolve. Only then will the portals reveal their truths."

With a wave of her hand, the sorceress conjures a portal before us. It shimmers with an otherworldly glow, beckoning us to step through. We exchange glances, thinking na mahahanap namin ang kapatid namin.

As we step through the portal, we find ourselves in a realm unlike anything we have ever seen. The landscape is a kaleidoscope of colors, with swirling mists and floating islands. It is a realm of dreams and illusions, where reality and fantasy intertwine.

"PAHINGA MUNA TAYO!" sabi ng isang lalaki na mukhang leader nila.

  ng sumigaw sya ay napatingin si Anso sakanya at
"pffttttt" pinipigil nyang tumawa at dahil doon ay napa tingin ang ibang hunter sakanya

"HAHAHAHA" kulang nalang ay gumulong sya sa damuhan sa katatawa at  halos hindi na makahinga sa kakatawa. "Anso, tama na. Pinagtitignan na tayo ng ibang hunter," sabi ko habang pinipigilan ang sarili ko na sumama sa tawa nya.

"D-did y-you s-see HAHAHA k-kuya? HAHAHA his s-so ug-----"di nya natapus sasabihin nya ng tinakpan ko bibig nya
"HMMPPP"
"tama na kasi Anso "
"Hmmppbajsjsnsppp"

Nang makahinga na si Anso ng maayos, nagpatuloy kami sa paglalakad. Habang naglalakad, napansin ko ang iba pang mga hunter na nag-uusap at nagpapahinga. Napaisip ako kung ano ang mga dapat nating gawin bilang mga bagong hunter sa B-rank na ito.
