I gave Yael a nod. "Later."

Nang magsimulang magkwento si Sir Clark ng mga biro na alam niya mismo, my parents can't contain their laughter.
"Which type of sugar is preferred by Lady Gaga for her coffee?" Paninimula niya.
"What?" Tanong ng aking ama na marahang hinaplos ang kanyang noo.
Before he dropped his joke, Sir Clark chuckled first. "Raw raw raw raw raw!"
Our families burst out laughing right away, as did the waiter and the bodyguards keeping watch over us.

His humor made me laugh quietly, and I gave up drinking. It was observed right away by a man called Chandler.
Upon meeting Chandler's gaze, the smiles that were on my lips vanished.

When five waiters showed up after fifteen minutes, we started our dinner right away with hors d'oeuvres.
They opened it and set it on our table.
My eyes were immediately drawn to a potato napoleon topped with sour cream and caviar. Though I was eager to try it, I waited for them to finish setting down the appetizers.
