Chapter1 : The Discovery

This is my first time writing a book so forgive me for any mistakes. I have found inspiration and reference from a story I read on ao3 which I can't remember so please tell me if you recognize the story line from somewhere. The story is only referenced upto Chapter2 and all other parts are completely of my imagination.

The dry, arid winds of Mars relentlessly parched Yoongi's lips, despite his efforts with lip moisturiser . His carryon bag squeaked with each shift, a stark contrast to the bustling international docking station. Though 'international' seemed a grand term for Mars, with only a handful of established colonies under Earth's rule. Yoongi , a small-town Martian boy, marveled at the vastness of the station compared to his remote home colony.

Donning a slate grey bodysuit, a hand-me-down from his elder brother, Yoongi followed the holo signs to Gate 46N. The android announcer's voice echoed, signaling the boarding of Flight 8934 to xətləri . With a scan of his boarding pass, Young embarked on a journey, leaving the life he was oh so familiar with without sparing a glance.

Aboard the SS Prophet, Captain Hobi and his crew detected an anomaly in deep space. They were quickly filled with confusion and curiosity as they were currently in the most remote location of the galaxy, the null sector. Despite the signal coming from the solitude cosmo, they altered their course to investigate fueled by their curiosity . As they ventured closer, anticipation mingled with caution. Joon, the ship's medic, voiced concerns about the unknown, hoseok the captain was on full alert, while Jimin, Taehyung and Jungkook's were jumpy with excitement . And seokjin was trying to calm everyone down ( key word trying, they were too excited to pay heed to their oldest crew member).

Clad in heavy body armor and armed, the crew approached the dormant "signal" floating in space. As soon as they reached their destination a large vessel, large enough to be deemed a space station came into view. the crew was left stunned as the vessels structure seemed very, very old.With caution, they explored the ancient ship of unknown origin.The ship was dead silent. No lights, life support long failed, silent, just floating through space. Where were the bodies? Surely, a ship as big as this, would've been full of people. And yet, not a single shred of evidence that there was any foul play was found. As they carefully located around the hull, Jungkook, the engineer, unearthed a black box, a relic of past technology.
The crew opened the mysterious box while holding their breaths anticipation thickening the air but were left disappointed as it was empty except for a piece of paper inside.
Hoseok took the seemingly blank piece of paper, with uninterested eyes and decided to open it only finding a map of the old ship. He handed it over to jimin for keepsake not finding it important and ordered all of them to start exploring the place for anything that caught their eyes.
All of them took their separate ways going with no specific destination in mind well.... Except jimin.
Upon scanning the map he found out that one compartment of the ship was circled in bright red ink and more detailed than the others. He decided to go straight there, expecting some treasure, relics or maybe even some ancient tools but what he discovered was far more astonishing that. Something he never seen even in his dreams and he screams for his crew.

As they delved deeper into the ship , checking every nook and cranny for... Well something, Jimin's panicked call pierced the silence. Rushing to his aid, Captain Hobi and Jungkook stumbled upon a chilling discovery: a room filled with cryogenic tubes, each housing a preserved individual. Thousands and thousands of them all in a pararell row. None of them seemed to hold a living creature as the vital bar near each of the tubes were pitch black and the individuals were unresponsive. Amidst them, as the crew explored there was one tube which emitted a faint glow, revealing a.......... boy. A boy suspended in frozen slumber. The crew stood in awe, realizing they had stumbled upon something extraordinary.
