Chapter Seven

Axel's P.O.V

Paying for her 5th churros, she then took the churros from the food vender taking a bite of it. How much more can this girl eat,

I mean she ate a huge hamburger and then proceed to eat half of a beef burrito giving me the other half and now were at a small fair.

" I want that next." Maria said turning around no looking at me

" How are you not full yet." I asked

" Honestly I don't know but when am full I'll know."

Nodding my head we started to walk to the food vender, reaching to the vender we placed our orders. I got a deep fried corn dog while she got deep fried spiral potato.

Sitting down around a two person we began to eat once again, wanting to start a conversation I decided to speak first but before I could Maria spoke first

" Can I ask you a question?" Maria asked

I nodded my head telling her to ask her question, " Why are you doing this?" she asked

What does she mean?

" What do you mean by that." I asked

" I mean your ......... nicer than usual." she stated

" I'm nice "

" Do you call slapping my ass, sounding like a perfume bottle or flirting with me NICE?"

PERFUME BOTTLE?

" What do you mean by a perfume bottle?" I questioned

" Pssssssst .......... Pssssssst, you sound like a spray bottle "

Looking at her in silence she said " what! that's what you sound like"

" Can I ask you a question?" I said changing the subject

" Why didn't you fight back, In the hall?"

Holding her head down she responded with " I wasn't in the mood so I let what ever was happening happen."

" Now will you not ruin the moment and lets go on some of the rides." she said lifting her head with a big smile

Getting up she dragged me by my hand into the direction of one of the rides " Wait Wait Wait! don't you need to let your food digest first?" I asked

Giving me a ' Are you serious face' she continued to run to the rides while saying " Why are you such a party pooper." without saying anything else I just followed behind her

3 Rides Later

I held Maria's hair as she throw up in the garbage can, " I told you." I said , the only thing she did was flip me off.

" I feel hungry again." Maria said , What the..... " I think it's time for us to go home now."

" Nooooooo am still hungry!" Maria said standing still folding her hands over her chest

Going over to her I bend down picking her up putting her over my shoulder. Walking over to the bike a lady in her mid 50's came over to me; selling me some roses, taking out a 5 dollar bill I gave it to the lady taking up five of the roses.

Upon reaching the bike I put Maria onto the back of it before hopping on it, turning around I looked at Maria giving her the roses I had bought.

Starting the bike I turned to Maria saying " hold on the me I'm gonna ride of now."

" No am good, you can just go"

Oh I CAN

Driving off I then pressed the brake stopping the bike, Maria grabbing on to my jacket and a smile appearing on my face

Looking around at Maria; she said " What was that for?"

" Sorry just wanted to check your helmet." I said adjusting her helmet

Turning around I droved off, Now reaching Maria's house I saw her dad's car in the driveway. Parking in front of the house I turned off the bike getting off and helping Maria off as well.

" See you at school tomorrow Axel." Maria said

waving to her I watched as she got inside before going on to the bike and headed home. Getting home I realized that there was a not so familiar car in our drive way, driving into the garage I turned off the bike now going inside.

Walking in I couldn't believe who I was seeing in front of me.

IT WAS MY MOM, What's she doing her

Looking at my dad in confusion, he stepped a side revealing my brother who was standing behind him
