┍━━━━ ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ━━━━┑ Summary ┕━━━━ ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ━━━━┙ Sloane, Eli, and Demetri had been friends since the first grade. They'd grown up together, stuck by each other's sides through hardships at home and at school. So when Miguel Diaz joins their group and convinces them to join his karate dojo, they decide to give it a shot together.
After Demetri quits, Miguel has to convince Sloane to stay and she ends up falling in love with the sport and her dojo. When Eli comes into the dojo one day with a blue mohawk and a changed attitude, it takes her some adjusting to get used to the new persona her friend has taken on.
Leading up to the All Valley Under 18 Tournament, Sloane finds comfort in karate as she navigates balancing her job, school, the new group dynamic, and her family.
