"...Shin or Y/N? How we call you?" Rob Pelinka, GM of the LA Lakers, asked offering his hand to shake.

"Y/n, is my name, Shin is my surname so how you wanna call it is okay both ways." Y/n answered with smile while shaking his hand.

"Y/n, so are you ready? This is a bit earlier than you expected, right?" Rob Pelinka asked as he walked Y/n to his office.

"Oh, yeah. It is, but I'm a player under contract, so I'm here to do my job," Y/n chuckled confidently, his demeanor putting Rob Pelinka at ease.

Pelinka nodded, impressed by Y/n's professionalism. "That's the attitude we like to see. We're excited to have you on board, Y/n."

As they entered Pelinka's office, Y/n took a seat, ready to discuss the details of his ten-day call-up with the Lakers. "Thank you, Mr. Pelinka. I'm ready to give it my all," Y/n replied, shaking Pelinka's hand firmly.

With that, Y/n left the office, ready to immerse himself in the Lakers' environment and make a memorable debut on the NBA stage. As he stepped onto the court for his first practice. As he entered the training ground he quickly understand this was nothing like he would have seen before, Three courts under same roof next to each other for training, this is what he will call a facility. As he turned his head to the left with a deep voice calling him.

"Hey, Rook!" It was Anthony Davis, seated on the floor under the rim in the middle court. Hearing him, Y/n quickly walked over to greet him.

"Hey, Brow," Y/n called him by his nickname and offered a hand to help him up.

"Welcome to the team. I'll make sure you get a taste of my blocks today," Davis joked, mussing up Y/n's hair. "You ready?" he asked.

"Nervous, but yeah, I belong here anyways," Y/n replied confidently, his demeanor catching the attention of someone he admired deeply.

"I like that confidence, kid," a voice said, and as Y/n turned to see who it was, he was met with the sight of LeBron James.

Y/n's eyes widened in surprise and awe as he realized he was standing face to face with one of the greatest players in basketball history. Gathering himself, he extended a hand to LeBron.

"Thanks, LeBron. It's an honor to meet you," Y/n said, trying to maintain his composure despite the excitement bubbling inside him.

LeBron grinned, giving Y/n a firm handshake. "The pleasure's all mine. Let's get to work, Rook. We've got a lot to accomplish together," he said, his words carrying the weight of his experience and leadership.

The game started, and Y/n wasted no time in immersing himself in the action. He moved swiftly across the court, seamlessly integrating himself into the team's plays and rotations. With LeBron's guidance and Davis' support, he quickly began to understand the rhythm and dynamics of the Lakers' offense.

On defense, Y/n showcased his agility and tenacity, staying glued to his assigned man and contesting every shot with ferocity. He communicated effectively with his teammates, calling out switches and rotations to ensure everyone was on the same page.
