Both are adults, not married but they live together as a couple in a studio apartment.
(It's late at night and both of them are asleep in bed, but after a while, Connor wakes up.)
Connor: I can't fall asleep... What time is it? *looks at the clock* It's still so late... *looks at Amaya, who is sleeping peacefully beside him* What do I do...
(Connor's stomach lets out a low growl.)
Connor: Oh, I'm hungry. Maybe some food will help.
(He quietly gets out of bed and heads toward the dining area. He opens the fridge and gets out a Tupperware filled with macaroni and cheese and puts it in the microwave.)
