Angel walked down the stairs with a cup of coffee in her hand, groaning at the noise in the living room.
Incoming Call From Katie...
She answered, holding the phone up to her ear.
Angel: Hello?
Beckett: Oof, that doesn't like a very good hello.
Angel: I love living here, but sometimes the mornings make me want to temporarily make myself go deaf.
Beckett: Temporarily?
Angel: I have to be able to listen to Taylor Swift.
Beckett: Obviously. Anyway, there's a murder downtown. You wanna come now?
Angel: Yes please! I'm on my way.
