He was all ready for work that's when he heard the door bell
"It must be her and playful letters" he mumbled, feeling swell
He ran towards the door, eager to see her face
But little did he know, fate had a different pace

The air held a beautiful perfume of her essence
As he took the letter, feeling a sense of presence
"Dear Ram, when will I be yours?" the words read
His heart skipped a beat, as he pondered what she said

Yet again, a letter with no name to claim
He chuckled to himself, intrigued by the game
Off to work he went, with thoughts of her on his mind
Hoping someday soon, their destinies would align

Beside his house, Sita stood with a shy smile
Her heart beating fast, full of denial
"When will I confess?" she thought, full of fear
But the courage was never there, her feelings unclear

Ram didn't even glance at her, his focus elsewhere
Only meeting her parents once, without a care
One fine day, as he walked towards his office with haste
That familiar perfume filled the air, a taste of her grace

He looked to the roadside, where an angel stood
With brown eyes and long hair, looking so good
A shy smile playing on her lips, as she interacted with the kids
His heart skipped a beat, feeling emotions he no longer hid

"Oye letter girl!" he called out in joy and surprise
Knowing it was her, his heart began to rise
She ran towards him, her perfume surrounding him like a cloud
But before he could reach her, tragedy struck, and he was left in a shroud

"I was that letter girl," she spoke her last words with a sigh
Her wish to be in his arms fulfilled, but with a goodbye
Ram stood there in shock, unable to comprehend
The cruel twist of fate, at his love's untimely end

He held her lifeless body, tears streaming down his face
A love that could never be, now gone without a trace
He cursed the day he heard that door bell ring
The playful letters now a painful sting

He vowed to keep her memory alive in his heart
Their love story cut short, before it could even start
He would never forget the angel with the brown eyes
Who brought love and joy, before saying goodbye

And so, the tale of Ram and the letter girl ends
A tragedy of lost love, with no amends
But their love story will live on, in the hearts of all
A reminder of love's fragility, its rise and fall.
