Perfect, tonight's your turn to be kidnapped 😘
I'll be there after dinner

I was so excited for Pablo to kidnap me tonight. That sounded weird, but it was what it was. We were getting so close again and internally, I was torn about my feelings, but deep down, I knew that it was always going to be him.

My phone was ringing while I was at the office and I saw that it was my lawyer.
"Hello?" I answered.
"Hello Miss Hernández, I hope you're doing well. I just called to inform you that your green card request for the Hajjar family has been approved by the Ministry of Interior. I was told that there are still some documents to be run in their system but they should be able to arrive to Barcelona in about two weeks." he said and I gasped, putting a hand on my mouth.
"Really?" I asked incredulously.
"Really" he replied friendly.
"Wow... Thank you so much!" I exclaimed.
"My pleasure. If you need any other services please don't hesitate to contact me" he said before I thanked him again and said goodbye.

When I returned home, I showered and got dressed for tonight before chugging down a salad and then sitting down on my couch, impatient for him to come around. I'm pretty sure that's not how a kidnapping worked, but he couldn't really text my friends asking for my plans like I had done with Fermín. Around 9.30pm, my phone dinged with a message that he was waiting downstairs. I rushed to his car and quickly sat down on the passenger seat.
"Hi" I whispered and looked at him.
"Hey" he replied, with a glimmer in his eyes. We both leaned in and our lips met in a kiss, which was short, due to the fact that he was standing in the middle of the street with his car, but it was enough for the moment. We pulled away, both grinning as he started driving.

"Where are we going?" I asked curiously.
"You didn't tell me and we were on a plane going God knows where! You will survive a short car ride without knowing" he chuckled and I pouted.
"You look cute doing that" he said and pinched my cheek. The drive was a familiar one.
"Ciutat Esportiva?" I asked, almost being sure now.
"Ouf, you're just too smart" he huffed.
"Now I'm intrigued" I said and leaned onto his arm, looking up at him through my lashes.
"You'll see" he said mysteriously.

The training center was pretty much deserted at this hour, only an uninterested security sitting next to the gate, but when he noticed that the driver of this car had a pass, he didn't care too much about who it was. Pablo parked the car in his own spot and we both got outside.
"I don't know if what we're doing is really allowed, so let's try not to catch too much attention" he said, looking around if there was somebody.
"Oh, says *the* Gavi, one of La Masia's finest products, who's sneaking around the training grounds" I said, my eyebrows raised.
"Please repeat the part about me being fine" he chuckled as he put his arm around my waist.
"It was referred to your skills, not your looks" I clarified at which he just laughed and planted a kiss on my head.

We walked to the very end of the premises, to a football pitch that almost seemed forgotten, only a few and old, used bleachers on one sideline. Only now I noticed that Pablo was holding a football in his hands.
"You told me football is not your thing, I say it's because you haven't felt *the* feeling yet" he said, his eyes shimmering.
"You can't play" I stated, looking down at his leg.
"I can kick with my left leg. I doubt you're good enough to get me running, so I'll be able to give you some passes" he said confidently and I faked being offended.
