Chapter 7 - found

Nya's POV

Taking the dragons was a good thing and a bad thing. Good because they can't get broken easily (like the bounty) and bad because it's not the comfortablest thing for a long journey and we had stopped for two reasons. 1, we were all tired and 2, the device Zane made broke.

"109th time the charm," I muttered attempting to fix it again

"Nya are you almost done?" asked Arin from behind me

"Not yet," I replied

"Ahhh this is taking forever," Wyldfyre yelled kicking rocks

"Kai can y- oh right Kai isn't here," I sighed "Cole?"

"Got it," he said "Wyldfyre, calm and patience is the key to everything. . .and cake,"

"No, fighting is the key to everything," she replied back

"No patience and cake," he argued back

I sighed as they kept arguing "110th is the charm," I muttered again,"

"We have been informed of too many fixing failures in this area," said a voice next to me. I looked up at some people with sunglasses and suits.

Arin groaned

"Who are these people," asked Wyldfyre, breaking from the argument.

"The Administration," replied Arin

"What?" Asked Cole

"What is the Administration," I asked

Before Arin could say anything I realised they had taken the device but the portal was still open without a second thought (or a first) I threw myself through and everyone else followed.

We were hurtled towards the floor. I groaned as I got up.

"Everyone OK?" asked Arin

"Barely," replied Cole

"Where is the the Draco compass," Asked Arin

"Hey who said you got to name the device?" asked Cole

"Me," he replied

"Oh it's name who cares," I said rolling my eyes "We need to go find it,"

As I turned they stuck their tongue out at each other. Sometimes I wonder if when Cole was turned into a kid and turned back it forgot to do it mentally too.

"OK enough of this lets go," said Wyldfye impatiently

"Okay me and Arin will go this way, you and Wyldfyre that way." I told Cole

"Fine," He groaned

Cole's POV

Great with Wyldfyre. Where is Kai when you need 'im?

"How about this?" Wyldfyre asked putting her hand on a door handle

"That's a bathroom," I said as rolling my eyes

"Oh well your fault," she said

"What? How is it my fault?" I asked

"You asked me to pick a door,"

"I asked you to pick– nevermind," I sighed

"How about this?" she said putting her hand on another door handle

"That is a broom closet," I said flatly

"This one?"

"A kitchen,"

"This?"

"Storage closet,"

"This?"

"No that is - actually might be it. Room of broken objects,"

"See I am so smart," she smirked

"No it took you 5 tries,"

"At least I did something you just stood there doing nothing,"

"No I was telling you if you were right or wrong if I wasn't you might be looking for Zane's device in a bathroom,"

"At least I would be looking while you would be standing there dreaming about cake,"

"Cake is awesome," I said defensively

"Yeah yeah let's go find the draco compass," she said

"That is not the name," I said

"Yes it is," she replied back

"No it is not,"

"Yes it is,"

"No it isn't,"

"Yes it is,"

"Okay let's just go find Zane's device,"

"You mean Draco compass,"

Are you sure we are going the right way, Arin?" I asked

"Hey I've only been here once." He said defensively

"How about this room," I asked opening a door

There were two men and a portal they were controlling. I went up to them.

"Excuse me, what is this place?" I asked

"Department of Realm reassignment," He said in a bored voice

"Okaaay can you tell us where the Draco compass is?" I asked

"Hmm I don't know let me check with my manager, AGENT WALKER," he yelled

"Wai-,"

"What is it Sub-Agent Prentis?," said another bored voice

I turned around slowly, "JAY!"
