Chaeyoung had been heartbroken since Mina rejected her. Drowning herself in alcohol and staying at home most of the time, she was depressed.
"Chaeyoung-ah, come out please. It's not good to stay home all the time. You should at least go to the mall. You know Nayeon Unnie will be mad if you don't." Tzuyu called Chaeyoung from outside her bedroom. It's been a week since Mina rejected her and everyday Tzuyu would stop by to console her friend.
"Go away Tzuyu. I don't want to talk to anyone." Chaeyoung yelled from inside the room.
Tzuyu sighed and looked down disappointed. Her phone rang inside her pocket. Tzuyu knew who it could be.
"How is she?" Nayeon asked from the other side.
"Still the same Unnie. She has been in there for two days now. " Tzuyu spoke worried.
"Did she eat something?" Nayeon asked worried as well.
"She asked for some chips earlier and I brought them. Nothing else Unnie." Tzuyu replied.
"Alright, update me. I will stop by in the evening." Nayeon replied.
"Okay Unnie." Tzuyu replied and disconnected the call.
She looked back at Chaeyoung's room and sighed again.
"I am sorry Lia. I don't think she will come out any time soon." Tzuyu spoke to Lia, Jackson's sister.
"I just want to see her. That's all." Lia replied genuinely concerned.
"I know you love her. But I don't think Chaeyoung feels the same for you. She already told you it was a one time thing. " Tzuyu tried to make her understand.
"I know but we can't help who we fall in love with Tzuyu-ah. I was worried about her. I didn't see her at the mall." Lia replied.
"I have to get something to eat for Chaeyoung. Can you wait here for a few minutes while I buy things from the downstairs store?" Tzuyu asked Lia as she didn't feel like leaving Chaeyoung alone.
"Sure. I will stay." Lia nodded happily.
"Alright if you need anything, we have some snacks in the fridge and you can watch TV or something. " Tzuyu suggested. Lia nodded understandingly.
******************************
Lia flipped through the magazine that laid on the coffee table. Suddenly the sound of something falling down came from Chaeyoung's room. Lia startled and looked at the door, hoping Chaeyoung was coming out. But the door didn't open. Curiously Lia walked towards the door and she heard something else falling down."Chaeyoung-ah..." Lia knocked on the door and called out.
She heard more noises coming from inside. Lia panicked and banged on the door hardly.
"Chaeyoung-ah, open the door." Lia shouted but all she could hear was things falling down.
All of sudden the door broke and Lia saw two men wearing all black and masks standing there with Chaeyoung who was barely conscious but trying to escape.
Lia screamed loudly and ran towards the intruders. They got surprised when she attacked them. Being a small petite girl Lia didn't stand a chance. They pushed her off of them and she fell down hitting her forehead on the coffee table. Chaeyoung sobered up enought when she heard Lia scream and she saw her fall down and hit her head.
"No...." Chaeyoung cried out but it was too late. They didn't let her leave and held her even tighter. Chaeyoung tried to break free but they were stronger and bigger.
"Help....help....somebody help....." Chaeyoung screamed on top of her lungs and one of the guys clasped her mouth shut.
Tzuyu heard Chaeyoung's cry as soon as she stepped out of the elevator. Dropping everything on the floor she ran towards Chaeyoung's room.
