Two weeks later
Hyun-soo was kept under Jeongyeon's custody for a week before transporting him to a place he never dreamed of. A very unconscious Hyun-soo woke up to the darkness surrounding him. The cold, damp air chilling him to the bone. A dim light flickered above his head and that is when he saw where he actually was. It was a prison cell. His head throbbed with pain. Struggling Hyun-soo pushed himself up from the cold, hard floor, his muscles protesting with every movement.
The cell was small and cramped, the paint peeled off from the wall and there were drawings made by previous occupants, some in English and some in other languages Hyun-soo couldn't understand. A thin mattress lay in one corner, offering little comfort against the hard floor. He found himself trapped in a nightmare from which there seemed to be no escape as he observed the guard standing outside his cell door with a tray of food, wearing a Russian uniform. He had underestimated the enemies. Now he understood the extend they were willing to get him punished. He knew that he would have to fight hard to survive in this prison as danger lurked in every corner.

Late at night, Jeongyeon found herself immersed in work. Papers across the table and her screen emitted a soft glow, reflecting on her face. The door creaked open, breaking the steady rhythm of her work. Jeongyeon looked up and saw Mina standing at the doorway. A gentle smile spread across her face.
"Hey," Mina murmured softly,"I couldn't sleep. I thought I'd come keep you company." Mina said as she walked further towards Jeongyeon.
Taking Mina's hand in hers, Jeongyeon sat her on her lap. "I'm glad you're here," Jeongyeon whispered, placing a kiss on her exposed shoulder. "I am sorry that I have some work to finish and couldn't come to bed earlier. It has been a busy week."
Mina's eyes softened with affection as she leaned in to press a tender kiss against Jeongyeon's cheek. "It's okay. I understand. I just wanted to be near you."
Mina and Jeongyeon settled into the cozy warmth, wrapped in each other's arms. Several minutes passed by and Mina observed Jeongyeon work.
"Baby," she murmured softly, her voice barely above a whisper, "can we talk about what happened to Mr. Hyun-soo? You never mentioned anything."
Jeongyeon stopped her work for a moment before turning towards Mina. "If you would like to know, then of course. What would you like to know, Princess?" Jeongyeon asked genuinely.
"Is he dead?" Mina asked hesitantly.
Jeongyeon chuckled. " No, princess. But he is better off dead considering the place he is right now." Jeongyeon added.
"Where is he?" Mina asked curiously.
"I have had my people transfer him to a high security Russian prison. The prisoners over there are high profile, like terrorists. They keep him in solitary." Jeongyeon explained but left out the detail that they get tortured every now and then as the prison guards took pleasure in doing so.

A week agoJeongyeon asked for the chief's help to contact the officials in the Russian prison to transfer Hyun-soo as a internationally wanted criminal.
"Make sure he is treated well." The chief requested the Prison authority.
"Don't worry, he will be taken care of." The man on the other line laughed as he assured.
The call disconnected once the deal was done.
"We have a deal, tomorrow we can transport him to Russia. They will take him from there." The chief told Jeongyeon.
