In the stillness of night, I lie in restless repose,
Bound by a curse that neither time nor plea can dispose.
As shadows dance upon the moonlit floor,
I yearn for the touch of the one I adore.
Each dusk brings forth a cruel decree,
For when I close my eyes, it sets you free.
While I drift in dreams, lost in slumber's embrace,
You roam the waking world, a solitary trace.
Oh, how I long to break this spell's hold,
To awaken together, our destinies unfold.
But fate has woven a tapestry so divine,
That our love must endure this intricate design.
Though separated by the hands of night,
Our hearts beat as one, in love's eternal light.
With each sunrise, I pray for the day,
When we'll unite at last, come what may.
Until then, my love, in dreams we'll meet,
Where time stands still, and our souls entreat.
For even in darkness, our love will shine,
Bound by this curse, till the end of time.
