FW: Some parts may not make sense, because I couldn't find anything useful mentioning how Suguru was brought in by Jujutsu High, so I'm gonna change a part of the story that will make it def not make sense. Apologies if this unsettles anyone!

I will put a * before the part where things start to not completely follow Jujutsu Kaisen's story.

"Huh?! Red??" said Jiyuu in utter confusion. Was Yuuri joking?

"I'm not lying, nee-san! Look," she said, pointing her finger to the fountain's reflection.

Jiyuu leaned in and fell back again in shock. It was true: her left eye had become an extreme, vivid scarlet. Eyes like a demon's.

"D-did my eyes moult?!" stammered Jiyuu in a flurry of panic, remembering the creepy amber goop she had wiped from her eyes. This wasn't normal. Too many abnormal things had happened at once. She had to sit down.

"Nee-san, what is happening?"

* "I don't know, Yuuri. But I know that more of the scary monsters will come, and it will be very dangerous..." her voice trailed off. A stylish car had just stopped right in front of them, and a stylish woman stepped out. Jiyuu thought she'd seen a glimpse of a young boy in the back seat before the woman started walking towards the two of them.

Normally, they'd have been so excited. But now, having experienced so much crap, they could hardly tell what was normal or abnormal anymore. They started backing away as she approached them. Jiyuu grabbed her broom and threatened to hit the woman.

"Hmm," she thought aloud. "Not bad. Come on, Suguru, we need to—"

Just before she thought she couldn't process anything else, she passed out.

"Jiyuu."

"Mom..." groaned Jiyuu.

"I'm so sorry for not telling you this before, but you're—"

When she came to, she was sprawled on a futon in a small room. She was sweating profusely, which made her back feel sticky. She sat up at once and felt giddy.

"Where's Yu-"

She felt a hand push her back onto the futon.

"The little lady is fine, young lady."

She turned her head to the side and saw who the voice belonged to. It was a woman likely in her 20s, and she was quite beautiful. Although she wasn't sure if beautiful was the right word. She emitted a manly aura. Her sleek brown hair was tied up in a high ponytail, and her long bangs parted to reveal a pair of bright grey eyes. She wore a grey shirt under a buckled belt and a long pair of trousers.

Jiyuu felt herself shrink under her intimidating presence, but she still didn't believe what the woman said.

"Where is she?" she demanded.

"She's in the room, talking to Suguru–"

"Who's Suguru?"

"You'll know later. For now, just let me explain."

Jiyuu still didn't trust her, but she agreed that she needed an explanation, and it had better be a good one.

"Tell me who you are first."

"You're quite a nasty kid for your age. My name is Kirai Yamazu, and I'm a Grade 1 sorcerer. Don't ask me what that is," she said with a warning look.

Jiyuu quickly bit back the question.

"You've just fought a Grade 3 Cursed Spirit within the boundaries of my curtain, and before you ask what that is, it's basically a barrier that prevents non-sorcerers from seeing the nasty business we sorcerers do to the bad guys in it."
