DALLY: dally is already overprotective about you, but he isn't exactly comforting. it's not that he doesn't want to be he just doesn't have a way with words. he shows his affections by physical touch. he'll have his hand draped over your shoulder, or his hand on your thigh, caressing your thigh. he'll ask what's wrong or if you need everything. but his presence is very comforting in itself.

PONYBOY: ponyboy is the opposite of dally, he's very soft spoken and gentle, so you might expect him to be real concerned and attentive, he'll do try to do everything and anything to make you feel better, anything you ask him he'll do it immediately without hesitation, he's the type to just hold you as you lie on this chest.

STEVE: steves is a very tough guy, he don't like to be all mushy and be all warm-hearted. that doesn't mean he doesn't care though, he'll give you a kiss on the forehead and tell you it's okay, but other than that he'll ask you if want to be left alone, if you say no, he'll stay with you but he won't say anything. he'll be in his head wondering how he can make the situation better.

JOHNNY: johnny is super worried when it comes to you, he'll listen to you, similar to ponyboy, he'll do pretty much anything to make you feel good again. but he's more of a listener, he'll ask you what happened and listen to you talk about your day, he's very understanding and feels what you feel. he doesn't say a lot, but you can feel his feelings and his care for you.

DARRY: darry will stop anything that he's doing to check up on you, he cares about you a lot when you're having a rough day, you care for him when he comes back tired from work, so he tries to reciprocate that. he understands how you feel, he'll put anything aside just to comfort you, he'd embrace you into a hug, and just feel so safe and protected by his touch.

TWO- BIT MATTHEWS: two-bit wouldn't take it as seriously, don't get me wrong he cares a lot about you, he feels bad but he doesn't show it. but when you have a bad day, he makes a corny couple jokes here and there to make you a little better. after seeing you chuckle at his corny jokes, he immediately feels better after.

SODAPOP: sodapop goes all out to be honest, he is so fast to comfort you, tell you everything is gonna be okay and that we all have bad days. he'd be straddling you on his lap, giving small pecks all over your face, just soo affectionate and loving you forget about your day and just melt into his arms.
