They show them around and then take them to the changing rooms and field
Eventually it's time for the match
The girls get ready and then make their way to the pitch
Charlie, Nick, Tao, Isaac, Elle, Tara and Darcy have all shown up
Charlie and Nick seem very giggly together and Tao looks unhappy
Imogen, Harry, Daniel, Ben and some other people that Nick and Alana are mates with have shown up too, they're on the opposite side of the pitch, facing Charlie, Nick and the others
The girls warm up and do some more drills
They take a drink break and the coaches tell the girls who they want on and off the pitch and what the game plan is
Abbie gives Alana the Captain armband and Sophie helps her put it on
They get into positions
Alana: * claps* Come on girls we can do it.
Alana puts her gumshield in her mouth
Everyone on the sidelines cheer
Imogen: Come on Alana!!!
Harry cheers
Daniel: Come on Lils, you got this baby!
Alana shares a glance with Abbie before rolling her eyes, feeling jealous
The game starts
Alana tackles one of the St.Peters girls down
Abbie gets the ball and runs, shortly followed by Alana
Abbie passes the ball back to Alana who then has a run and scores a try
Higgs 2 - 0 St. Peters
Everyone supporting the Higgs girls cheer
Imogen: Yes!
Nick: Well done Al!!! Come on!!
They continue playing
It's nearly halfway through the game
The score is Higgs 16 - 10 St. Peters
Alana is having a run and is nearly at the try line
She gets tackled badly and doesn't get up, curled up
Alana: * groans in discomfort*
The ref and Higgs (and Truham) coach go to her along with Hannah, Lily, Abbie and Sophie
On the sidelines
Darcy: * to Tara* Do you think she's ok?
Tara: I don't know Darcy.
Nick: * frowns and is worried, to Charlie* That isn't right. She usually gets back up.
Imogen claps and cheers
Imogen: Come on Alana!
On the pitch
Alana: * groans*
The ref: Are you alright?
Alana: * groans*
Coach: Alana answer us. Are you ok? If not I can pull you off.
Alana: * winces and groans*
Alana sits up carefully
Alana: Abs can you get me, my drink?
Abbie: Yeah.
Abbie runs to the waterbottles and grabs Alanas
Abbie then runs back and gives the waterbottle to her
Alana drinks some water and then hands it to Coach
Alana: I think I can carry on. I'll let you know if I don't feel right.
Coach: Alright. If you really don't feel right tell me immediately.
Alana: Yes Coach.
Lily: Woah. Al are you sure you want to carry on?
Alana: Yes I'm sure.
