He is a character from the past who was just sent by JC Jenson to find corrupt Drones but N and J thought he was a Drone Worker so they went after him.His real name is you will find out for yourself in The next Chapter.
He tends to be quiet and introverted, but on the other hand he can sometimes be an extroverted drone. He and N were very close acquaintances.
In fact, his and V's relationship was much closer than he was with N, but because JC Jenson sent N, V, and J first, he was a little depressed at losing an important figure in his life.And in the end JC Jenson also sent Navia to Copper 9 because maybe they felt Navia could be helpful down there.
But they sent Navia with his memory intentionally erased so he could focus on completing her assignments but accidentally a virus deleted his memory about her assignments and what he needed to do.
