In valleys green, where cows graze free,
Lies nature's gift, a treasure, you see.
Wrapped in robes of creamy ease,
A masterpiece born from milk and breeze.

Oh, Cheeze! Thy flavor divine,
A symphony on taste buds, refined.
From cheddar sharp to brie's embrace,
Each bite a journey, a savory chase.

Gouda's whispers, soft and mild,
In harmony with crackers, reconciled.
Swiss, a dance of holes and light,
Mozzarella, stretching, in delight.

Blue veins tracing tales untold,
Roquefort's secrets, centuries old.
Parmesan, a sprinkle of dreams,
Grating over pasta, it gleams.

Oh, Cheeze! In every form,
A muse for chefs, a feast 's adorn.
Forever cherished, never to cease,
In poems, in plates, the art of cheese.

A/N : I am vegan , but one of my friends told me to write a poetry about cheese , so here it is.
