IM TRYING TO MAKE IT TO A HUNDRED PARTS BUT IDKK ID I WILL

The last few days you have just been staying home doing the chores that you had been avoiding.  Once in a while you texted Taylor or she had texted you, and to be honest it wasn't doing it for you. You just wanted to smell her and feel her warmth, but you couldn't through a phone screen. Luckily she facetimes or calls you several times in a week so you could still see her face and her voice, or she would just send a silly picture. So for her it seemed to be working out it probably also worked well with her busy schedule.

It was late in the evening and Luke just picked you up to go to a club and cheer you up. He brought a along one of your mutual friends called Kate, you and Kate got along well but never really hung out one on one. 

"Luke why are you driving when you're planning on drinking?" You then asked him when you came to the realization 

"That is a really good point, we can take a taxi back maybe?" He then said, typical Luke move to not think anything though 

"I can drive us back, I'm not really planning to drink" Kate said and smiled at you from the passengers seat

She always seemed to find a liking in you, she was hyper and really fun to be around. But it seemed like she always tried to be a little calmer and mannered whenever you were around, maybe she just had a little soft spot for you. 

When you got to the club you immediately got yourself a drink, Kate and Luke went dancing but you never really cared for that. Dancing wasn't really your thing, except the times where you dance with Taylor in your kitchen to your favorite songs. But you didn't want to think about that so you quickly downed your drink and ordered a shot. 

You watched people dancing around together when the song love story started to play. You let out a sigh and turned around to the bar "Hey, you okay?" You heard Kate asked you from behind

She went to sit down next to you and her hand founds it way onto your wrist "Yeah I'm fine" You said, you didn't want to talk about it

"How's Taylor doing?" She asked, probably since she had seen the rumors and she saw Taylor at your birthday party

This is the topic you tried avoiding so much, so you just tried to answer short and clearly "She's fine" You said, maybe a little too short

"Yeah she's so fine, and you're so lucky! Rosie told me that-" She began saying

"Rosie lied, we don't talk anymore cause she's spreading rumors about me and Taylor just to get attention" You then said, actually Rosie did not lie you were the one lying right now. But you didn't want to tell her the truth.

"Oh okay, so.. you're not like seeing anyone?" She then asked you

You were thinking about what to say, since Taylor said that you'd be distancing. To be honest you weren't even sure if you were her girlfriend since that confusing conversation last week "..No?" you then said, immediately questioning your decisions

"That's good" She said smiling at you, luckily Luke just came back and made it a little less awkward. He ordered a few more shots for you and him and eventually got you drunk enough to go dancing. 

Even though it wasn't your thing you still had fun, it distracted you just enough to not think about Taylor. You got Luke to take some pictures of you and Kate and he posted some on your story, in your drunken state it didn't get to your mind that maybe it wouldn't be such a good idea to post a picture of another girl kissing your face on your public insta stories. 

Cause firstly, Taylor would see that and secondly, her followers and fans would see that. You didn't expect Kate to just kiss you on your face, but she did anyways and drunk Luke of course found it an awesome picture and had posted it. 

But you know you didn't think about it, neither did you notice that Taylor had called you and texted you several times near the end of the night. Eventually Kate drove you all to your house cause you agreed for them to stay there for the night. Your couch wasn't big enough for the both of them so you just let Kate sleep in bed with you.

The next morning you woke up with a pounding headache and definitely hangover as fuck. Kate was still peacefully asleep on the other side of the bed so you quietly got up and left the room. Luke had told you that he would have a job interview in the morning so he was already gone by the time you had woken up. 

You got yourself some coffee and something to fix that headache and then sat down on the couch. Not even a minute later after you sat down someone knocked on your door, you weren't expecting anyone but you decided to open the door anyways.

You opened the door, expecting the mail man or someone else but it was Taylor. She immediately walked in, pushing you aside. "Hi?" You asked her confused as you closed the door, what is she doing here?

She looked mad plus she didn't even greet you "Where is she?" She asked you, yeah she sounded mad too.

You yawned, you thought she said that she wanted to take things slow and not see each other for a while "Where is who?" You asked her confused, she started walking around your apartment and eventually opened your bedroom door, where of course Kate was still sleeping 

"That bitch! Y/N what the fuck?!" She said as she spotted the girl laying in your bed and turned to you.

"I swear she's just there cause Luke slept on the couch!" You said, denying what Taylor was getting at

"Oh where's Luke than?!" She then asked

"He had a job interview this morning so he already left!" You said

Taylor buried her face in her hands in disappointment "Y/N im done with your bullshit! I saw your insta story don't fucking deny that you two don't have something!" 

You looked at her confused, what's with your insta story? "What do you mean? What did I post?" You asked her

"Of course you don't even remember!" She hissed at you, so you grabbed your phone and went to look and surely there was a picture of her kissing your face. You looked up from your phone to Taylor, seeing that she had teary eyes 

"Taylor, i promise you that everything I have said is the truth and me and Kate don't have anything, we haven't slept together and that picture.. It's nothing, I was drunk it's just what friends do" You said calmly, trying not to make it a loud argument "I wouldn't do that to you"

"Im sorry" Taylor then said as she embraced you in a tight hug "It's just been so stressful lately, I don't know what to assume and I-" 

"It's okay, we'll work it out" You said giving her a kiss on her neck since you couldn't really reach her face when she was hugging you. She was taller of course, you reached behind her with one hand to close your bed room door hoping that you hadn't woken Kate up. That would be awkward as fuck

"I uhm have a meeting with my team in like an hour.. about us, so do you want to go with me?" She then asked you 

"Ill go with you! I have to get changed first tho" You said and took a step back 

"Not with her in the room tho" She said and chuckled 

"I'll make sure I get dressed in the bathroom" You said, giving her another kiss
