Author's Pov :
Young surgeon was reading file of patient while sitting in his cabin, when his phone dinged, showing instagram post notification with name of his favorite person. He put the file aside and looked at post which bring scowl on his face. Even though caption screamed sarcasm, he knows better. If he didn't know after four years of relationship, it would be shame on him. The first thing that came in his mind was call but knowing situation, he go for message.
