Here Again, I'll Wait For You 'Till Death, My Dear

Longing for romance,
I stand here waiting for it all.
Waiting for my stance,
There's no more time to stall.

I've been trying,
Toying around with others.
Everyone around me is crying,
Affected by my bother.

I've long for someone special,
But no one here pleases me.
Someone to hold onto and rebel,
A person who doesn't seem to be.

It's been months now,
Should I confess?
I dont want to scare you away though,
Scare you away from my caress.

How long has it been since the dawn of time?
I stare here, longingly hearing this chime.
Come back my dear,
There's not much time.

And yet again, here longing for a dance,
I sit here, waiting for you.
Patient for my stance,
I'll forever hold on to you.
