Whatever's Inside of Me

Pressure and expectations,
Are to be conquered by the soul.
Patience and compliments,
Are made by stories untold.

The night has sunken again,
But the moon is no where to be seen.
I'll see you later my friend,
But for now, I'll listen to these dreams.

Many things are to be discovered,
To reminisce and remember.
The trophies of my achievements in the cupboards,
No longer will they ember.

I turn and see an enlightened green,
Full of fantasy and delusions.
Reality is no where to be seen,
In these continuous ambitions.

A smile from ear to ear,
Seeing this cheery bliss.
The answer isn't clear yet,
I better not use my fists.

My feet carry me,
To somewhere unknown.
For a brand new story,
Is going to be told.
