5. Classes part 2

After potions with Slughorn, I had a free period and so did Pans, Enzo, and Matt. so we always went to the common room to just chill unless we had a test that we had to study for. since it was the beginning of the year we didn't have any tests that we had to study for, so we just started talking 

*since there's going to be a lot of talking im going to just do this*

P: so Enzo how was potions with those two

E: ohh so you haven't heard 

P: Heard what?!? *while looking at Matt and Melody*

MP: NO I WILL TELL HER!!!! 

E: well during potions we were going over--

MP: LORENZO BERKSHIRE YOU BETTER SHUT YOUR MOUTH RIGHT THIS MOMENT BEFORE I CRUCIO YOUR A**

E: OKAY THEN RELAX MEL

MP: OH DON'T RELAX MEL ME!!

E: MELODY POTTER WHY ARE WE YELLING?!?

MP: I DON'T KNOW LORENZO BERKSHIRE!!!!

P:WELL HOW ABOUT YOU JUST STOP YELLING 

E: THAT'S SMART

MP: I KNOW!!

the entirety of that conversation Matt is just sitting on his phone and pansy is trying to talk to him 

"Hey um I'm going to tell them if y'all don't shut up" matt said not looking up at us

"fine, well today i showed up late right and the thing is we were going over Amortentia and I kept moving away from matt and he was moving closer but the entire time it smelt way to much of his cologne and he told me that he didn't put his cologne on this morning so basically I smelt him in the love potion." Melody said in one breath 

"wait what did you just say I didn't catch that" pansy says 

"melody smelt me in the love potion today in potions class" matt says with a giant smirk of his face.

"wait, we have to get to class soon" Enzo says quickly running out of the common room pansy following quickly after, leaving me there with matt. 

" Wait so who did smell in the love potion today" I said to Matt to try to not bring up that I smelt him in the potion. 

"umm...... I mean I don't really know....... it was lavender, vanilla, and old books, like the ones we smell in the library all the time." matt says with long pauses every few words. OMG! That was me I smell like that, and plus I am like the only person to actually get him to study. 

wait, does he like me back?!? 

no he couldn't he's such a player 

but I haven't seen him with any girls so far this year even at the party

but no he's the one and only Mattheo Riddle, the school playboy

but he hasn't had any girls over to the dorm yet

these thought raced through my head as I walk all the way down to the great hall and sit next to enzo accidentally elbowing him in the head on the way down.

"OMG! sorry bro I didn't realize how close I sat next to you I didn't mean too." I say apologizing to Enzo once I sit down and scoot away a few inches. 

" so did y'all hear what's going around the school yet" Theo says sitting next to me and Enzo across from Pans and Matt 

"No, what's everyone saying" pans says with clear interest in what he's saying.
