It hurt being rejected by Kevin at first, but I didn't let it get to me. He was a really important person to me, so I didn't want to let that get in between the friendship we already had. Our friendships continued on as normal, and I kept living my life. On the inside, I've been really different since Kenny left South Park. I was slowly transitioning back into how I used to be before I met Kenny, and it felt weird. Honestly, it was like I was just living my life normally, with something so obviously missing.
Despite feeling that weird feeling inside me, I kept living. Some things have changed though. I visit Mrs. Flores very often, and also, I also worked with the local shelter on getting homes for my cat colony at the park. Although I miss them, this was for the best. I also have spent a lot of time with Kyle, along with my other friends, oh, and we planned to go on a trip together after graduation!
Apparently, Heidi's parents own a condo in Aspen, and they're letting us stay there for the week. I seriously can't wait—
"We'd like to congratulate (Y/n) (L/n), in class of (Year) on graduating!"
Oh right. Graduating. Gotta do that real quick.
I went on the stage, and waved to people in the crowd, looking for my parents, and Kevin and Karen. I found them, and blew a kiss their way, playfully. I could see my mom and dad laugh and my totally-normal behavior.
I went about all that regular graduation stuff and left down the stairs with my high school diploma.
I sat down with the other graduates, and waited for the ceremony to end. By the end of it, I met up with my girlfriends, and we all took pictures together.
"Kyle! Hey!" I called out to him, he was standing with Stan and Cartman who were all talking together. Kyle turned around, and the moment he saw me, I could see a wide smile overcome his features.
He came over to me, and I grabbed his wrist, dragging him over, "Let's get a picture together!"
I handed my phone to Wendy, and she smiled, snapping a few pictures of me and Kyle.
"Kyle, hurry over here!" Stan called back out to him.
I stuck my tongue out at Stan, "I've only had him for like 5 minutes!"
"I don't care! He's coming with me!" Stan came over and dragged him back over to where he and Cartman were,
"Okay, okay, I'm coming, jeez Stan, you act like you can't live without me for five minutes,"
"Byeeee Kyleee!~" I smiled, with a wave. He turned back to me, and I could see hiss cheeks go light red, "You better send me those pictures!"
"Will do!"
I turned back to my friends, and they were all talking with one another about how excited they were about the girl's trip we'd planned on taking. If all went according to plan, we'd leave in two days.
"(Y/nnnnnn) the cat angel! Congratulations on your gravitation!" Karen ran over and pointed to (Y/n) dramatically. She then hugged her.
(Y/n) could hear Kevin chuckle, "Graduation, Karen. I've told you like 3 times,"
"That's what I said, graduvitaton." She combined the words confusedly.
"Close enough!" (Y/n) giggled.
Karen looked up, and saw (Y/n)'s girlfriends looking at her and then at Kevin,
Bebe giggled a little, and whispered something into Nichole's ear, only for her to smile, and giggle quietly too.
