Chapter - 4

We walked to the rock where everyone else was sitting.

"Look there they are" said Kiri

"Sorry were late I was helping Mr Sully" I said sitting down beside my brother as Neteyam sat down next to me

"What about you Neteyam" asked Kiri

"Oh I was with Kia'ra" he said smiling

"Oh doing what" asked my brother

I smacked the back of his head. "He was watching his father dumbfuck"

"What's a dumbfuck" asked Tuk as we all turned to look at her

"No don't say that, its a bad word" I said quickly realizing my mistake

"Why did you say it" she asked so innocently

"Umm it was a mistake, but never say that word" I said making to sure to be clear

"Oh okay then" she said coming over and sitting on Neteyams lap

We then started breathing exercises. And teaching them how to hold their breath for longer. It was quite fun with tuk there. She was so funny and always saying funny stuff. Tisreya and Lo'ak had gotten quite close during this session with Tisreya Helping him and even helping him with his breathing. Me and Neteyam were laughing at this. Tuk had crawled into my lap snuggling up to me as it started to get a bit colder as it got darker. She actually fell asleep in my lap which I was the only one who noticed. She was so peaceful and I did not want to wake so let Tisraya do the rest of the talking.

"We better get back its almost eclipse" said Lo'ak looking at the sky

"Yeah we probably should" said Kiri

"Well I can't move tuk is asleep" I said as they looked to me and saw tuk sound asleep

"Oh my gosh that is so cute" said Tisreya

"If she falls asleep on you're lap that mean she likes you" said Neteyam smiling

"Awww she fell asleep about 30 minutes ago" I said looking down at her

"How did we not notice" said Kiri laughing slightly

"Yeah i was wondering when you guys would notice" I said standing up carefully trying not to wake her up "I'll walk her back"

"Okay well see you at dinner" said Tisreya

Neteyam POV

I can't believe I didn't notice Tuk had fallen asleep on Kia'ra. She was so peaceful though. I got up after Kia'ra got up and we started walking back to our hut. As we were walking I saw Kiri and Lo'ak walk far in front of us looking back smirking. We walked back in silence trying not to wake Tuk up, as this was the first time she had actually gone to sleep without all of us with her. When we got back mum looked shocked when Kia'ra came in with Tuk fast asleep.

"She fell asleep around 40 minutes ago" she said carefully passing tuk to mum

"Yeah we didn't even notice she was so quiet" said Lo'ak smirking

"Wow she has not been able to sleep properly for a while now" said mum holding tuk closely

"Well its good shes asleep now" she said smiling "I better get back for dinner now anyways bye" she said leaving

"Neteyam walk Kia'ra home" said Mum smiling at me

"Okay" I said shyly looking at her

We both walked out the hut and started talking.

"You don't have to walk me home if you don't want to" she said smiling at me

"Its okay I don't mind, besides I like walking during night i love the breeze" I said shyly
