Avneets pov
We reached their place and it was humongous.
"Damnn" says aash
"Yea damn." I also reply
"Lets go" says our dad
We go inside and we are welcomed by a girl
"Ohh heyyy, please come inside" she says opening the door
She lets us in and makes us sit on the sofa.
"I am anushka and you can call me anu, sid and abhi's cousin" she says with a smile
Anushka-

"Hey i am avneet" i reply with a smile
"You must be aashna's sister?" She asks
"Yup" i reply
"Btw you both look so pretty" says anu
"You too" says aash
And i agree with a nod
Then sid's mom came and welcomed us and the parents started talking, me and aash were sitting awkwardly
"Till the time they are talking, ill show you the house?" Asks anu seeing that we are a bit awkward
"Let aashna sit here and you can take avu" says our mom
We look at aash and she signals us to go
"So what do you do?" Asks anu while we were going upstairs
"I am a data analyst at deloite, what about you?" i reply and ask
"Last year of college, i am a app developer" she replies
"Thats so cool! You must be around 22-23?" I ask
"I am 23 and you?" She asks
"24" i reply
"Wow now i have someone who is my age and can understand me in the family" she says smiling
"I am also glad you are here" i reply
As she was showing me around and talking, anu's mom called anu
"Avneet ill just be back in a minute you stay here, my mom is calling" she says and goes
I was just scrolling insta when i bumped into someone and my phone fell.
"What the fuck.." i say picking up my phone and looking at the person.
"Excuse me?" He says..
"Cant you walk properly" i reply
"Who are you?" He asks
"Who are YOU?" I reply
"I shouldnt be answering this considering this is MY house" he replies
"Your house huh? Wait....are you Siddharth?" I ask
"You got it" he says
"Omg i am so sorry" i say nervously
"And i still dont know you" he says
"I am avneet, aashna's sister" i say
"Oh so you are avneet" he replies
"Yeaa..i am really sorry about what i said" i reply flustered
"Its okay...but dont curse without looking, what if some uncle was here" he says chuckling
"Yeaa, its kind of a bad habit but ill take care" i say chuckling aswell
"Is aashna here" he says
"Someone is excited to meet their future wife" i say teasing
He just laughs and then anu comes
"Oh you are ready sid?" She says looking at him
"He is ready and to excited to meet aash" i reply laughing
Then anu also started teasing him
"Enough both of you" he says flustered
Me and anu laugh and we 3 go down
Sid's outfit

"Oh here you are" says sid's mom
Sid goes and takes blessings from my parents
Pandit ji was also there
"Now listen" says sids mom
Sid and aashna look at her
"There are only 2 dates available in the next 6 months, one is 6th of dec and next is 13th of may" says sids mom
*the month going on is November
"But 6th dec is like 25 days" says anu
"But i have business commitments in may, ill be out of india" says sid
"Thats why i was thinking 6th of dec" says sids mom
"Isnt it to soon?" Asks my dad
"There are no other options" says the panditji
After talking for a while everybody agrees on 6th dec and everyone is happy
"We have to start planning asap" says our mom
"Absolutely, ill start looking for event planners today itself" says sids mom
Then the ring ceremony takes but i noticed aashna looked a little off and so did sid but ig its just nervousness.
We all talked, had lunch and i also met abhi, he is most probably the nicest ive ever met.
We went home in the evening and as soon as we entered our house our mom shouted
"Aashna Avneet, we are starting shopping asap, Tomorrow morning we will go to select ashna's lahenga"
"TOMORROW?" Me and aashna both shouted together
"Do u think we have time" says dad agreeing with mom
After a bit back and forth me and aash agree
"Well the most tiring 20 days begin" says aash
"Facts" i reply
Then aashna got a call and she left and i also went to my room to apply for leaves, i had alot of paid leaves left so i wasnt worried.
I put the leaves from 1st of dec to 15th of dec, after her wedding i wanted to relax a bit.
Then i went into aash's room to ask her about her wedding dress when i heard her talking....
