Chapter 5 : Veil of darkness

As the stage lights flickered to life, casting an ethereal glow over the arena, Stray Kids stood poised backstage, their hearts pounding with anticipation and nerves. The air crackled with electricity as the crowd roared in excitement, their voices blending into a cacophony of anticipation.

Gathering in a tight circle, the members of Stray Kids shared a group hug, drawing strength from one another as they prepared to face the challenges ahead. Bangchan's voice trembled with emotion as he spoke, his words a silent prayer for courage and resilience.

"We've got this, guys," he said, his voice barely above a whisper. "No matter what happens out there, we'll face it together."

As they finished their group hug , Lee know noticed I.N standing in the middle of the room , looking visibly nervous. Lee Know approached him with a gentle expression. reaching out to I.N, he placed his hands on I.N's shoulders and offered him a reassuring smile .

" I.N, it's okay," Lee Know said softly.
" We're all in this together. Just take a deep breath."

I.N looked up at Lee Know, his eyes wide with apprehension. He nodded slightly, grateful for Lee Know's calming presence .

" Thanks, hyung," I.N replied, his voice barely above a whisper.

Lee Know squeezed I.N's shoulders gently before letting go. " Smile like how you are used to be, don't worry we will get over this together!" He reassured, his voice warm.

I.N managed a small smile in return, feeling a bit more at ease with Lee Know's encouragement.

Just then, their manager's voice echoed in the room, breaking the tension. " Okay guys, it's time for you to go on stage. Don't think about anything else and just focus on the performance. Well take care of the other things. You can do this ! "

All the members gathered around their manager, absorbing his words of encouragement. After motivating them, their manager offered them all a smile and exited the room, with Stray kids following closely behind him towards the expensive stage.

As they stood in their positions, ready to make a grand entry as they always did, Bangchan took a deep breath. He glanced at his fellow members, his hands trembling slightly as he adjusted his microphone.

" Alright guys, it's time for us to go," Bangchan said, his voice steady despite the nervousness he felt. " Let's do this."

With a nod of agreement, the members of Stray Kids exchanged a final glance before stepping out onto the stage, greeted by a deafening roar from the crowd. The adrenaline surged through their veins as they launched into their first song, their voices blending seamlessly with the pulsing rhythm of the music.

As they finished their first song, everything went smoothly. The crowd responded with thunderous applause, energizing Stray kids for their next performance. Now, it was time for them to transition into the second song of the night.

Changbin's and Han's rap versus were delivered with precision, commanding the attention of everyone in the concert hall. Meanwhile, the other members showcased their dance skills, captivating the audience with their synchronised movements.

Amidst the excitement, Lee know noticed I.N standing nearby, his expression a mix of nerves and determination. Lee know flashed him an encouraging smile before focusing back on the performance.
