TW~Claustrophobia and panic attack.
Y/N's POV
As we entered the Bell Witch Cave, I couldn't help but feel my anxiety building up. The walls felt like they were closing in on me, and I could barely breathe in the tight space. Seth, my brother, gave me a worried look and whispered, "Are you sure you want to do this, Y/N? It's okay if you don't, we can stay out here."
But I was determined to find some evidence of the paranormal activity that was rumored to be inside the cave. "I'll be okay, Seth. I just need Sam to look after me," I replied, gripping Sam's hand tightly for reassurance.
Sam squeezed my hand back and gave me a reassuring smile. "Don't worry, angel. I've got you," he said, his voice filled with warmth and love.
As we made our way through the cramped passage, Sam guided me carefully, making sure I didn't stumble or get trapped in the small space. Colby walked behind us, keeping a close eye on our surroundings.
Finally, we reached the larger cave space, and I let out a sigh of relief. It was still eerie, but at least we had more room to move around. We quickly set up the Polaroid camera to take some pictures and see if any entities would show up.
On the first try, Colby's picture didn't develop properly, so Sam took another shot. This time, it worked, and we couldn't much in the cave, but some photos just looked like block colours and abstract shapes. Sam took a few more pictures of me and Colby, and then Colby took one of Sam. Colby took one of me too,
As we headed back through the tight passage, I felt my panic rising again. The walls seemed to be closing in on me, and I struggled to keep my breathing steady.
Sam noticed my distress, and short breaths as he made me walk closer to him, trying to calm me down, but it wasn't working. I started to slow down, feeling the onset of a panic attack.
"Y/N, angel, don't slow down, we'll be out in a minute, just try and calm down for us." Sam said, as we came to a halt in the middle of the tight passageway.
"Hey, hey, just breathe, okay?" Colby said, placing a hand on my shoulder.
"Come on, we're almost out," Sam added, his voice filled with concern.
I tried to focus on their words, on the sound of their voices, as we finally made it out of the cave. Seth rushed over to me, his worry evident on his face as he tried to calm me down, rubbing my back soothingly. "You did great, Y/N. I'm proud of you, just take some deep breaths," he said, giving me a comforting hug.
Meanwhile, Sam, Colby, and Josh were examining the Polaroids we had taken. Most of them showed nothing out of the ordinary, just the dimly lit cave and our blurry figures.
"What the hell, these photos are just colours?" Colby exclaimed, as me and Seth made our way over to the guys. All of Seth and Josh's photos were fine, but our ones where just colours. But then, Sam's photo of himself had four orbs in a straight line next to him, sparking suspicion among the group.
"What the fuck is that?" I ask, confused by the 4 orbs. "It could be an entity, but we can't make any assumptions as it could be dust or something." Josh confirmed, but dust could fall into a line could it?
We dropped the subject and decided to take a break and sit outside of the cave, discussing our experiences and sharing stories about the Bell Witch. I leaned against Sam, feeling his warmth and comfort as he wrapped his arm around me protectively.
"It's crazy how these things can happen, right?" Colby said, his eyes wide with excitement. "I can't believe we actually captured something on camera."
Josh nodded, his expression serious. "We need to investigate further. Maybe there's more to uncover in this cave."
The Bell Witch Cave was filled with mystery and uncertainty, and I knew that our adventure was far from over.
