The Hashiras from the Original are the Uppermoons except Shinobu
The Uppermoons from the Original are the Hashira and the Lower Moons are Slayers
There will also be a Slayer Group made of Swap Rui, Enmu, Susamaru, Yahaba and maybe Kaigaku
Tanjiro and Nezuko are swapped all the other Slayers are not (Maybe Murata is gonna be a Demon)
Now to Shinobu she is a Demon but is representing Tamayo (who in this Story is a Hashira)
Kanae is still alive cause i said so
Kanao and Aoi were raised by those two but live at the Demon Slayer corps to help in the hospital which in this Story is Doumas Estate.
Muzan and Kagaya are not swapped Muzan is still the Demon King and Kagaya still the leader of the corps
Edit: I forgot to say that Inosuke is going to be everything but canon personality wise, why good question it's because I am somewhat incapable of writing his personality.
