Garlic Parm Chicken Tenders

ingredients:

- 350g of chicken tenders approx
- plain flour
- buttermilk
- 1 egg
- butter
- mayonnaise
- parmesan cheese
- garlic
- fresh parsley
- potato starch (or cornflour)

spices:
- paprika
- garlic powder
- white pepper
- red chili powder
- salt
- pepper
- red chili flakes

wet mix:
- chicken tenders
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 egg

dry mix:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup potato starch (or cornflour)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tap red chili flakes
- 1/2 tap garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper

garlic parm sauce:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- handful chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise

prep:

1. mix ALL of your wet's

2. mix ALL of your dry's

3. dip "wet" chicken into dry, back into wet, and back into dry. (wet -> dry -> wet -> dry)

4. in pan, fry them in oil until golden brown.

5. mix sauce together and coat evenly

very simple. don't burn house down.
