The sun beat down mercilessly on the poolside at Ethan and David's house in Cantonments, casting shimmering reflections across the water. Ethan lounged lazily on a float, his brother David seated beside him, regaling him with tales of his recent escapades in Kumasi.

"...and let me tell you, Ethan, the women in Kumasi are something else," David exclaimed, a mischievous grin playing on his lips. "I must have had at least half a dozen numbers by the end of the night."

Ethan chuckled, shaking his head in mock disbelief. "You never cease to amaze me, David. How do you do it?"

David shrugged nonchalantly, the epitome of confidence as he leaned back in his chair. "It's all about charm and confidence, little brother. You should try it sometime."

Before Ethan could respond, the sliding glass door to the patio opened, and Amelia stepped out into the sunlight, her beauty radiant against the backdrop of the pool. David's eyes widened in appreciation as he took in her appearance, a wolfish grin spreading across his face.

"Well, if it isn't the lovely Amelia," David said, his voice dripping with charm. "You're looking positively stunning today."

Amelia blushed at the compliment, her cheeks flushed with color as she approached the poolside. "Thank you, David. That's very kind of you to say."

Ethan watched the exchange between his brother and his girlfriend with a mixture of amusement and pride. Despite the twinge of jealousy that flickered within him, he couldn't help but feel a sense of gratitude for the woman who had captured his heart.

David turned to Ethan, a playful glint in his eyes. "You know, Ethan, you're a lucky man to have a woman like Amelia by your side. She's one in a million."

Ethan's chest swelled with pride at his brother's words, a warmth spreading through him at the affirmation of his feelings. "I know, David. Believe me, I know."

As they lounged by the pool, the afternoon sun casting a golden glow over their conversation, Ethan couldn't help but feel a renewed sense of appreciation for the woman he loved. And as he watched her laugh and chat with his brother, he knew that no matter what challenges lay ahead, he would always cherish the moments they shared together.
