Tia pov
In the beautiful atmosphere of the this restaurant, I notice Rohan .
As I made my way towards him, his mother's word from earlier that day echoed in my mind. My heart skipped a beat as I noticed Rohan sitting there, casually sipping from a steaming cup of coffee. He looked as handsome as ever, his piercing gaze meeting mine across the table.
'Hey, Rohan,' I greeted him, a hint of apology in my voice. 'I'm so sorry I'm late. I got a little held up.'He flashed me a disarming smile. 'It's okay, Tia. How are you?'
I hesitated for a moment, still feeling slightly flustered. 'I'm good, thanks. How are you?'
'I'm doing well. What can I get for you to drink?' he asked.
'I think a cold coffee would be perfect,' I replied.
Rohan turned to the waiter and ordered my drink. As we waited, an awkward silence descended upon us. I couldn't help but feel a surge of nervousness, coupled with a strange sense of anticipation.
'I'm sorry for being rude the other day,' Rohan finally said, his voice tinged with regret. 'I was just a little stressed out.'
'No worries,' I assured him. 'I understand. I can be a bit prickly sometimes too.'
A chuckle escaped Rohan's lips. 'Well, I'm glad we're on the same page now.'
As the conversation flowed more easily, I couldn't shake the feeling that there was something different about this encounter. Rohan seemed more attentive, more engaged. I found myself lost in his captivating gaze.
