Part 24: The Last Hearing💔

Recap-: 1st hearing..

Continuing from the just next day after 1st hearing--

Author's pov:
Now, all the Analysis were done it was the time of results or Announcement, now the malhan family reached to the court and the Hearing was about to start the judge came and everyone settled down...

Judge-: I would like to call the principal of the College AIIMS at the dice! To Tell the truth

A/p-: Ayesha came to me to say lie to y/n that she is restigated from our college because as being a topper she didn't wanted Ayesha to become success as a doctor, or to show that She is jealous of Ayesha, to state this infront of y/n Ayesha gave me money and told to suspend her license

Everyone was shocked and nischay was so disappointed as he was not believing that it could be Ayesha but he knows she is and it's the truth...

Judge-: so, as the license was suspended saying a lie which is actually not true, so it's an unfair revenge and on the basis for which Ayesha stated suspension is also a lie so the court is Declaring that Ms. Y/n Malhan's MIC is given back to her and getting activated...

Listening that y/n got a deep relief like a heavy stone has been removed from her heart, now she can again continue her dream and Nischay was so happy that finally this court fight's main target is achieved

Judge-: As, Dimple malhan said she was the one who requested y/n to marry Nischay we had collected all the proves and did Analysis that this was actually said from a recording from Cctv Camera of the hotel
(The Judge showed the recording on a projector) So, the marriage was equally against of both the Bride and groom, It is as much as unwanted as for Nischay from Y/n too...
Ms. Y/n I request you to say aloud as much as you can in your full voice that "Nischay Malhan is my husband" comeon!!

Y/n don't wanted to say this, because she hasn't accepted this... she has not even thought for a moment about Nischay qfter marriage, she was very shocked and didn't wanted to say it... she was trying but she couldn't

Judge-: come on! Ms. Malhan sometimes you need to give proofs by saying something... just say it if it's true then Don't hesitate

Y/n felt pressure from the judge and said it in loud voice but she fully hesitated on that one word husband

Y/n-: Nischay m..malhan is my h-h-hus...s-bb-b-ann-d 😖😣 

Judge-: If Ms. Y/n is hesitating to accept her own husband as her husband, then how can you say that she wanted to do this marriage, she was forced to do so.. her voice is clearly proving Mr. NISCHAY

Nischay was feeling so regretting and shame that he lowered his head down😔

Judge-: the case is permanently solved, Ms. Y/n the case is on your defense and the decision is final, Thankyou!!

Saying this judge left from their and Y/n was crying realising what she said her last words, she couldn't process what she said and was crying...

Y/n's pov:
Mein Nischay se ittna hate kaise krr sakti hu, ki sach bhi bolne mein darr lag rha hai, mein nhi soch skti thi ki Nischay could be my husband one day, it's unbelievable for me, I think I can't never accept you as my husband Nischay..

Author's pov:
After getting out from the court room everyone congratulated y/n and Prerna Di was consoling her she wasn't listening to anyone just lost in her thoughts and then Nischay came while completing all the Remaining formalities, having a wide smile on his face came and suddenly hugged y/n saying "Congratulations y/n you got your license back"🤗 (their first hug 🫂)

Y/n was hella shocked at this that how can Nischay hug her, she then broke the hug and wiped her tears saying "ghar chalega??"

Nish-: h..Haan!!

Nischay's pov:
She is not talking to me because I didn't trusted her.. I know She don't deserve me, she deserve much better than me, I am the most stupid person... Why can't I thought that it would be more difficult for y/n to adjust with me, she did all this just because my mother requested her really, she keep my parents words her priority so well!!, Y/n you are actually someone different... that's why You don't deserve me, not at all... Now, it's all your decision whether you want to stay with me or leave me😔😔, I would suggest just leave me It would be better for you💔💔  I will say sorry but it would never have a meaning, the way you suffered can't be healed with a sorry, sometimes mistake are too much that it don't deserve a sorry to be said even after realizing and regretting...

Then, Ayesha came towards y/n and said..

Ayesha-: y/n I...I think we should end up here!! You won the case & Nischay too, I lost here.... you snatched away my everything, I will always hate you y/n..

Y/n-: Thanks for hating me Ayesha dii, aap jaise log mujh jaise log se pyaar krr bhi nhi payege... hate me for your whole life.. And I will do the double of it...
Kahaan tha na sachai ki jeet hongi, meri jeet ho gyi Ayesha di, khair thanks for your great efforts on me & sorry for your defeat🤣

Saying this y/n left from their towards the car and Nischay just held Ayesha's wrist in Anger and dragged her to the corner to talk to her or to fight with her.. he was legit boiling 😤
