"jordan terrell carter." i heard a female voice speak out. "shit." i thought to myself. i had forgotten amethyst was bringing onyx over and it was now 11am. I felt jordan jump up as he began to speak. "oh shit my fault." he said.
"hell yeah its your fault, the fuck are you doing with another bitch in your bed. INFRONT of onyx too." she spoke out. "ame, she literally is my bestfriend you really just gonna take my son?" i heard jordan say.
"you can get to see him again when you have some sense, because clearly you lost it." she said before walking out. "amethyst." jordan said yelling out.
"jordan?" i said getting up and looking over at him. he was looking down with his hands gripping his dreads. "i'm sorry i'll jus-" i was able to get out before jordan cut me off. "please just get the fuck out." he said turning back over and going to sleep.
I grabbed my purse and clothes and walked out his room. I knew jordan didn't mean it because he always said things like that out of anger, even when he was younger. I was walking down the stairs as i saw amethyst in the kitchen.
"fuck." i whispered to myself. I hurried over to the front door before calling an uber.
after what felt like 30 minutes, my uber was finally coming down the long street. "uber for y/n?" the driver spoke out. "yes, can you please take me here ?" I said pulling up minas address. he nodded in agreement and began to drive.
I felt so bad for not being able to leave in time. It was my fault he wasn't able to see onyx and it made me feel horrible.
about twenty minutes later i heard the driver speak out. "we're here." he said unlocking my door. "thank you so much." I said handing him a tip. "of course, have a good day!" he said before driving off.
"minaa!" i called out as i knocked on her front door.
i heard footsteps approaching the front door, before it opened. "heyy girl, i seen you and jordan was together last night." she said smirking. "no, it was nothing like that. you know how we have sleepovers." I said suggesting there was nothing between us.
"yeah okay, well me ken, lone, and jazz are here! so come in." she said stepping out of the way. "yoooooo." i heard echo out the lightly furnished home. "heyy kenn." i said before hugging him. "damn youn even say hey to me." lone said rolling his eyes.
"nigga you see me over here saying hey to ken, i was gonna get to you." i said laughing. "heyyy lonee." i said giving him a hug. "wassupp, wait where's jordan?" he said before pulling away.
"he's at his house, amethyst dropped onyx off." I said nonchalantly before flopping down in the middle of lone and ken. "ohh okay." ken said scrolling through twitter. "wheres jazz?" i asked looking around the home. "she in the kitchen i think." lone said.
i got up before walking over to the kitchen. "JAZZZZ!" i said as i ran up to her opening my arms. "omgg hey babyy!" jazz said pulling me into a tight hug. "follow me to the guest bedroom i got so much to tell you." she said smiling.
i followed behind her as we walked up the stairs, leading to the guest bedroom.
"so.. me and ken are kind of seeing each other now." she said smiling. "are you serious!" i said gasping. "yes, jordan has kind of been introducing us to each other." she said smiling.
"speaking of jordan, he texted me not too long ago looking for you.. y'all good?" jazz said looking at me with a concerned look on her face. "let me see!" i said grabbing her phone.

"SEND ME THE LO???" i said gasping. " girl what the hell is wrong with you?" jazz said laughing. "yeah i'm abo-" i was cut off by hearing three loud knocks on the front door.
me and jazz immediately looked at each other and sighed. "well, i'm caught." i said laughing before heading out to the bathroom.
i turned the faucet off and dried my hands with a towel that was hanging up before grabbing the door handle. i opened the door and instantly saw jordan standing in the door frame which made me jump.
"omg you scared the shit out of me jordan." I said trying to push by him. "wait y/n can we talk?" he said pointing to a empty bedroom that was across from the bathroom.
"yeah of course.." i said nodding before walking over to the room. "soo.." i said as i watched jordan close the door. "i just wanted to apologize for what i said back at my house, i was just frustrated in the moment and shouldn't have taken it out on you." he said.
"jordan i accept your apology, i understood why you did that and wasn't mad because you had the right to be frustrated.. it was my fault." i said letting out a sigh.
"it's not your fault, i should've woken up on time so i could've taken you home before amethyst got there." jordan said walking closer to me.
"well i accept your apology, thank you for even taking the time to explain yourself." i said embracing him into a hug.
