One day Star gets curious about monsters and how they lived their life's especially since most if not everything involving them inside the royal library either portrayed them as mindless beasts that do nothing but destroy, pillage, and very much go against everything Mewni and their allies stand for.

And thanks to both her monster friends and being on earth allowing her to have a second look at her people's history books/ fairy tales, Star became horrified at what she had seemed to notice along with a burning curiosity of wondering if her people were doing the right thing or not.

Wanting to know more Star broke into her parents record keeping area and found out about a monster village that someone was watching like the documentary shows she would occasionally fall asleep to back on earth.

"Borrowing" Maria's scissors for a bit, Star heads off to the wonderful village of Ozimoto or whatever the place was called along with trying to find the mewni resident in charge of monster observation so she could see what she did, how she classified monsters, and generally how monsters... well become monsters really.

Walking down the yellow brick road, Star eventually comes across the station were the monster research lady lived/worked and when Star knocked on the door it feel over letting her know that maybee it was a good idea to have her wand ready in case she needed it.

That and the the place was severally run down as it looked nice on the outside but a gust of dust rand out as the door fell down and after walking a bit inside there enough cobwebs to make Cotton candy and then some.

After about and hour of accidentally tearing down half if not the entire lab Star eventually meet the old senile woman that was in charge of everything and she was in fact senile as she thought Star was monster because of her devil horn headband and nothing else.

Old Lady: "Why hello B-3257 have you come to get your tracker replaced hmm?"

The old lady brought out a device that looked more akin to something from a horror movie than anything else what with all the moving parts that just screamed they were made for pain than anything else.

Star politely declined as she kicked the thing away and quite possibly broke something else inside the observatory as the old lady went right back to bird watching the monsters and taking notes of everything she spotted in the most bias of way's possible like how she seemed amazed on how the monsters could make straw houses, and how they cared for one another almost like Mewnis.

Looking outside through a spare pair of binoculars Star's eyes start to light up as she spots Bullfrag in the distance as he takes care of his babies along with taking them for a walk with the stroller she had given to them earlier with her mother as a present for their help earlier with Toffee.

Old Lady: "Hmm Old B-42 seems to be up to something... (writes down and reads it aloud) marinating... what appears... to be children... possibly for food or for some kind of ritual."

Star of course rightfully gets pissed at this remark because she knew Bullfrag and knew how much cared for his babies along with a flash of Celeri's face and Toms face appearing in her mind for a bit as she tries to talk sense into the old woman.

As this was all happening some distance away there stood... or more accurately hovered the Shrouded creature as it made it's way across the planes of the monster habitat with it looking a lot like it was trying to find something in the place.

Even stranger was how all the monsters that passed by or heck even bumped into the creature with them all thinking it must have been the wind or some other monster that hit them by accident instead.

With the only person seeming to see him would be Star but she was too busy with Bullfrag and the Old observer lady to even realize how weird and suspicious him being there looked as he was supposed to be under house arrest like Eclipsa till they found out they were both evil or not.

Something strange seemed to be happing as the Shrouded Creature went around the place as everyone seemed to get really.... better?

Yea the monsters around that seemed to look or act out that bumped into him seemed to have all the negativity sucked out of them with them either being a much better mood than they had before or they seemed to be in much better shape/form/look or whatever you want to call it.

Either way you slice it those monsters went from looking like they really wanted to hurt others quite possibly all the Mewmans that forced them to live on this little crappy plot of land were it could barely sustain even half of their species and walks of life.

But once the Shrouded Creature passed by them all those would be second Rebellion army in waiting monsters seemed to become super chill with the way things were and their life's in general without wanting to fight, except for the occasional bar brawl sort of fights that were one of their favorite if only pass times besides getting food and gambling.

Eventually The Shrouded Creature gave up on finding whatever it was they seemed to be looking for as they vanished in a portal that seemed awfully familiar in shape and size to two dimension hopping friends of both Star and Maria.

When we cut right back to Star she is trying to talk the Old senial woman into not destroying the town of monsters below for whatever coked up reason her old brittle mind came up with, heck she honestly might not of even had a reason to do so and only wanted to do so, so she could see what they would do if they were to forced to take part in a flood.

It didn't take Star a full sentence to cause this old bat to stop her plans of flooding a peaceful monster village as it only took her to call the old lady a monster for her to strip down and start playing in the mud like she was toddler once again while Star wondered and tried to figure out what was wrong with her and the adults in her kingdom.

Star also appointed Bullfrag as the monster expert for this place which should hopefully ease any tensions their may have been between their two people, along with helping Mewmans to better understanding of monster kind and culture if they had an actual monster help bridge the gap.

Bullfrag was of course excited to be working as the Mewman-Monster ambassador so to speak as it would help him get corn to feed his babies along with easing the tensions between the two races so that his babies don't have to worry or fight like he had to for the most basic of rights or even jobs.

All while the Shrouded Creature watched in a place of total darkness with a spell like the mirror that sees all spell that Star tried on Celeri and Jackie that one time... and Maria with Star and Tom another time with two figures moving in the shadows as the Shrouded creature holds up a picture of a giant monster man held in crystal with Eclipsa right next to them...
