Vansh paced the length of his living room, the phone clutched tightly in his hand. The conversation with Yuvi echoed in his mind, a flicker of hope battling with a surge of jealousy.

Regaining Riddhima's trust, Shivvansh suggested required actions, not empty words. But the thought of another man being there for her, offering the support he'd so carelessly thrown away, gnawed at Vansh.

He yearned to apologize, to explain his actions, to plead for a chance to rebuild what he'd destroyed. But was it his place to ask Yuvi, the man who now stood by Riddhima's side, to arrange a meeting?

His pride warred with his desperation. Finally, with a deep breath, he dialed Yuvi's number.

"Yuvi," he began, his voice strained, "it's Vansh again."

A brief pause followed before Yuvi's voice filled the receiver. "Vansh," he acknowledged, his tone guarded.

Vansh took another deep breath. "Listen, I know this might sound crazy, but..." He hesitated, struggling to find the right words.

"But what, Vansh?" Yuvi prompted, a hint of impatience in his voice.

"I need to see Riddhima," Vansh blurted out, the words tumbling over each other. "I need to apologize, to explain myself. Not through you, but face-to-face."

Another pause, this one even longer than before. Vansh could almost picture Yuvi at the other end, his brow furrowed in contemplation.

"Vansh," Yuvi finally spoke, his voice laced with caution, "are you sure this is a good idea? Riddhima... she's still hurting."

"I know," Vansh said, his voice thick with remorse. "But I can't live with myself if I don't try. Maybe, just maybe, if she hears me out..."

The unspoken plea hung heavy in the air. Vansh knew it was a long shot, but the alternative, a future devoid of Riddhima, was unbearable.

"Look," Yuvi sighed, a hint of understanding creeping into his voice, "I can't guarantee anything. But if you're serious about this apology, it has to be on her terms. I can't force her to see you."

Vansh felt a flicker of hope ignited within him. "I understand. Can you at least... can you mention it to her? Tell her I'm willing to meet, to apologize properly?"

Another pause, and then Yuvi spoke. "Alright, Vansh. I'll talk to her. But don't get your hopes up. This doesn't guarantee forgiveness."

"I know," Vansh said, his voice filled with a mixture of gratitude and trepidation. "Thank you, Yuvi. I appreciate it."

They hung up, and Vansh sank back onto the couch, a wave of nervous anticipation washing over him. He'd taken the first step, a shaky one at best, but a step nonetheless. Now, all he could do was wait, and pray that Riddhima would grant him the chance to mend the broken pieces of their love.

Meanwhile, across the room, Yuvi sat beside Riddhima, her silence a heavyweight in the room. He recounted Vansh's call, his voice careful, his words measured.

As he spoke, a storm of emotions flickered across Riddhima's face – anger, hurt, and a flicker of something that might have been... curiosity.

"He wants to meet?" she finally asked, her voice barely a whisper.

"He does," Yuvi confirmed. "But like I said, it's entirely up to you. If you're not ready..."

"I don't know," Riddhima said, her voice trembling slightly. "A part of me wants to hear him out, to understand why he did what he did. But another part..." Her voice trailed off, tears welling up in her eyes.
