Some and moat people don't do this, but. Try to give your brain a time to think of an idea. Ideas for often appears at certain times, and- idk when- ;]
But yea, don't force yourself to get ideas immediatelly at that moment, don't. Instead of gaining an idea, you might ended up zooning out- cs, that what happend to me.
